Not impressed
Extremely long queues, which made the whole day very poor value for money. Also very unclear information about what the different rides were, so we were queuing for a whole hour for a ride without a clear idea of what to expect. We also were not clear how long we would be waiting in the queue: if we had known, we wouldn’t have bothered. The ride itself was fun, but not worth waiting an hour for.
After queuing for an hour for the first ride, we didn’t think it worth queuing so long again, so we wanders around looking for a quicker queue: very hard to know where to go, what the difference between different rides would be, or how long it would take to get to the front of the queue; all of them seemed long and slow-moving. In the end, we just went for the lazy river ride as there wasn’t a queue. But the inflatable boat kept getting stuck and I’d have to get out and push it which was frustrating.
Given all of that, the entrance fee was very expensive since effectively we only got one ride. So to have to pay 10 euros for a locker as well, and there is a charge for car parking - felt really mean. There are 2 artificial beaches which are ok: though in Tenerife, you are never that far from a real beach, which costs nothing!
Overall a frustrating over-priced experience, and a waste of a day.
Animal Cruelty.
We've come to Tenerife on a family holiday and we've been having a blast. We came to Siam Water park and we were enjoying all of it until we were having some dinner. I completely understand that pigeons can be pests, but we full on saw the security guard and staff kill 3 pigeons today. I saw him grab one and my mum said she saw him throw it in a bush but didn't see it fly away and he was dusting his hands off like he'd just rung its neck or something. Then my brother in law saw a member of staff grab one and walk into a staff area with it, then the worst by far was i watched the security guard smack a pigeon with his glove and obviously injured it and it was limping around and couldn't fly, then a member of staff bagged it up and took it into the same room he took the other one. my mum stood up outraged and followed to see where they were taking it and the security said "lady i'm sorry, but... You know..." My mum said she wasn't happy with what we saw but they didn't seem bothered at all. I completely get that they can be pests but that is seriously not the way to deal with it. Totally unprofessional, god knows if any kids saw them do this. Really did put a downer on the day watching staff and a bully security guard enjoying animal cruelty.
Beware of thieves
The park itself was not maintained well for the revenue it makes.
My sliders were stolen so I can imagine (after looking at other reviews) there are thieves operating within.
Very overpriced and extremely busy.
I would not recommend!
Brillant time at Siam Park
We had a brilliant time at Siam Park
It was well run, the fast pass worked well (albeit 38 euros per person) and they opened the park early which helped us get loungers at Siam beach and lockers.
The food in the beach cafe was great probably better than other waterparks I’ve been to around Europe.
The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Tip; we went on a Sunday and have been told Sunday and Tuesday are the best days to go.
In regards to booking tickets the process was fairly simple online but I believe had we booked through a reseller it may have been slightly cheaper
Total rip off £120 for three tickets…
Total rip off £120 for three tickets was not paying out more for the fast pass that would of been another £90 on top. The park it totally over crowded it's just pure greed. Hours waiting in line for ok slides. If your thinking of going then I better get your chiqe book out. Advice from me avoid it's not worth it. Food is expensive for what it is. Go at your own peril
Incredible night at Siam park
Me and my group of friends went during night time , and it was the best part of my holiday ! No ques for rides at night time , wave machine was unreal, got to go on as many rides as possible .

Complete rip off and extremely rude staff
Went to Siam park today, had previously booked the VIP fast pass tickets online which were €99 each, this came to €198 altogether as there was two of us. We arrived at the park and went to gain access but was then informed we didn’t have “admission fee” I was obviously confused to this after forking out the bones of €200. The admission fee on top of the fast pass tickets was €43 each, again because there was 2 of us we paid €96. In total we paid €294 for the ‘VIP’ ‘fast pass’ tickets. Online it states with the VIP tickets you are entitled to all inclusive food and drinks and fast pass access to the rides. We were not at all. We were informed extremely rudely by the staff members. Majority of the rides were closed off and we had to wait in line constantly for the rides we were able to go on. The rides I would rate 5/5, only for the experience we had, a complete waste of time and money. If you want to feel like dirt basically go there. Staff were not one bit helpful extremely unfriendly and rude.

I had 2 tickets booked for Siam Night on 05/07/25, they cancelled my booking as the transfer was fully booked, and will not issue a refund! The tickets cost me £117.50 in total and they have stopped responding to my emails. I find this very unfair, as this was cancelled at no fault of my own. And now I am at a loss £117.50 :(

Family of 10 visiting Siam Park as a night experience. Apart from lazy river and wave experience No rides available for our 9 year old as they were all closed off so disappointing. The older children really enjoyed the experience. The cost of using the lockers was unnecessarily high given that you pay so much to gain admission to the park and no refund when you return the key. Siam park need to review their policy and make a nominal charge which is refunded as you leave. That way visitors leave with the best experience rather than thinking ‘it’s a rip off’
Rip Off
At a €170 for a family of 4 this is so overpriced (lockers are extra and expensive). We went on a monday and not yet in August busy season, the rides are good but the cue s are insane up to 40 mins per good ride for a ride thats over in seconds or maybe a minute or 2 ,so you spend most of your day standing in cues.

I was recommended this to take my grandchildren 3 rides in 3 hours . It was massively over crowded, there was a lack of control on some of the rides , loungers were claimed with towels and then left for hours . It was overpriced for the amount of rides managed to go on on the only plus is the free bus pick up and drop off . Disappointed
Total Rip-Off
Total Rip-Off — VIP in Name Only
Paid €250 for the Champagne VIP package expecting fast passes and all-inclusive food/drink, as recommended by a friend and backed up by loads of reviews. What we got? Basic park entry, a sunbed, a cheap fruit bowl, and a €40 bottle of champagne. No fast pass. No food. No perks. Nothing “VIP” about it.
Staff were cold and borderline rude — no welcome, no smiles, no sense that we’d paid extra for anything. Just felt like we were conned.
The queues were insane, the food was fine, but after paying that much up front, we weren’t about to spend more.
What used to be great value is now just a scammy upsell. Avoid it — you’ll regret it.

What a money grabbing place this as become! Honestly! Don’t bother! 10.10 fast passes sold out (10 minutes after opening). You can barely walk between the Sun loungers (if you can find one). Son and I went on lazy river which took an hour to do as it was literally grid locked like a motorway in the UK. £120 later we left after 4 hours, partner and son managed 3 rides in this time. Never again!!!
Den of thieves
Second time we have visited Siam Park and both times my so sons shoes were stolen. The first time we hid them as they were brand new and expensive, so lesson learnt. This time we had some cheap sliders and they were also stolen. When we went complain, we met a Spain lady who had had her own and both her children’s bags all stolen and a young couple from Austria who had had their bag stolen, this had their phones, money and hire car keys in. We gave them some euros so they could sort themselves out. Siam park said they didn’t have any spare flip flops for my son like they had given him before, so had to get back to the hotel barefooted. The young couple asked for the phone number to the park so they could call the next day to see if they were going and told it was on the internet, they said they had no phones to look for this but was not given the number. We lent them our phone so they could report to police and my son lent his phone so they could use instagram so they could let a family member now. Customer service is shocking, they are young kids who do not care one bit. They need to be held accountable and more should be done about this. They should have more security walking around and lots more cameras all over the park.

Would be better named Siam zoo,the place is absolute chaos…..wait was around 1 hour mark at 10am.we paid €132 for 3 tickets and fast passes were sold out by 9:30 thank god otherwise we would have wasted more money.
We paid other €40 for 3 shoes and a locker….young female staff at the locker were extremely rude and not suitable for a customer service role…..honestly I’m finding it very hard to say anything positive about the place other than the fact that I’m wiser now for going there in person…..money racket!!!

3 of my kids bought a pouch for their phone 10 euro each, son went on one ride and noticed after coming off it one clip had broken water entered the pouch and his Phone is ruined due to water damage.
Long cue and body shaming …
Well what can I say we waited in the cue for nearly 40 mins to be told we were to heavey for some of the rides shocking more or less mocking someone
A VIP visit for family 18 and 21sts
A VIP visit for family 18 and 21sts. A massive let down. Have been to Siam Park before and done the VIP experience, as well as general tickets, so had an idea of what to expect. Expectations don’t match the day we had.
Pros: water slides just as good as normal, so fab atttactions.
Cons;
1. Staff range from not helpful to downright rude…..more later.
2. VIP experience is no longer that at all, it’s now just an unlimited fast pass. Your told and sold that if the fridge in the house runs empty, please call and they will come and restock. Nope, nada, nothing….not enough drinks for 7 people and when called to restock it was refused, no reason, just they can’t do it, go down to the restaurant. So off I go, get there…..no you can have 2 drinks only…..I have a cabana with 7 people in? So I’ve paid nearly a £1000 for a VIP experience which equated to fast pass and food. Not what your told you’ll receive. Other VIP guests had the same issue.
3. Returning the key at the end of the day, was told to go into an unsighted door. As another staff member is going in I ask if this is the right place….id looks could kill I’d be dead and buried and door slammed in my face. Asked another member of staff who was more helpful so in I go. Lady there asked if our experience was good, I said no, not actually and explained. Nothing. Crickets. Fab customer service so far.
4. We use the free shuttle buses Siam
Park provide to the local resorts, so off we go to queue. I'm British, I like a good queue. Very few buses running and when they did arrive they parked dangerously and were cutting each other up, which added to the end of the day chaos. I've been to Siam Park many times before as we love the slides, but service, organisation and value for money have really gone downhill. New customers won't realise how good it used to be.
Not a very great experience
Poor signage, little information, rude staff, long queues, overpriced, not value for money, selling defected products for full price. If you want to spend time, around 40 min per slide, in queue for up to 30 second ride, it's for you. The wave beach very poor. Better waves on the beach.
The lifeguards were great and really…
The lifeguards were great and really helpful when I was getting on and off the rides with my son, who has just turned two. For him, the only ride we could do was the Mai Thai River, a couple of slides or the shallow parts of the wave pool so not amazing value for money when you have a child of this age. Our daughter is just above 1m10 so she could do a handful of rides. As most rides require 1m25 in height, I would say that this park is ideal for older ages. Tip: Go on the ride you want to do the most when you arrive as queues start to get busy after 11am.
The lifeguards and ride staff seemed strict, but I actually don’t mind this because they are saying it to keep people safe and are taking their job seriously.
A lot of staff had serious issues though:
1) The photo team purposely cordoned off paths so that you had to queue in the photo line (causing massive crowds of disgruntled people) and told people off who didn’t want photos when they tried to get past.
2) A woman in a shop sold us two adult caps for our baby and daughter when we had asked for children’s caps. She said that we should pay but could try them, and then refused to exchange or refund them for smaller ones once we gave her the money. Her colleagues were not particularly impressed with her either by the looks of things. *It is worth noting that I speak fluent Spanish so it wasn’t a miscommunication issue - just a saddo having a power trip.* Thankfully, a really lovely sales woman in another shop was very accommodating when we went to explain this to her and she exchanged them.
3) The bus driver told my husband to put the baby on his knee rather than stay in his pram (fine - safety protocol.) When we arrived at the park, he opened the door of the bus and trapped his little foot and leg with the door. The baby was screaming and we called to the driver to help and close the door and at this point he clearly knew what had happened, but at no point did he offer to help us or check that the baby was okay. This is really concerning to me.
4) On our final visit to the park, we decided to walk to Siam Mall before heading back to the hotel. It was a nice mall with good shops. We went to catch the shuttle outside the mall back to Fañabe and went to two drivers to ask *again, really politely, and in Spanish* when the next bus would be. One of them interrogated us about why we were catching the bus from the mall and not the water park (there are no buses back from the park until after 3pm and we wanted to shop.) The other driver refused to speak to me, even though we needed to catch his bus. I got really sexist vibes from him because he only looked at my husband and I don’t think that it could be that he had an issue with tourists because I was making an effort and speaking his language. He never offered to open the bottom of the coach for the pram (which again, seemed odd because many of the other drivers that we had had on previous visits did this.)
Overall, the park has a lovely vibe and some really good rides for adults and older children. The ride staff, lifeguards and medical staff (who patched up my son after the bus incident) were lovely and helpful. However, it is a shame that Siam Park don’t vet the rest of their staff properly for basic interpersonal skills. Couldn’t they simply ask “do you like other people?” at the interview to whittle down the selection process a bit??
