SLV have been superb. Thanks to them we were able to find the perfect villa and setting for a family reunion last week. Villa Zagara had all the comforts and facilities to accomodate 3 generations including an elderly person with mobility issues. Between the pool, the tennis court, the table tennis table, the wonderful chef and all the staff, all very charming and accommodating, we lacked nothing.

In terms of the initial organisation, Chiara in particular was extremely patient with me as I asked her a trillion questions due to my concerns over the suitability of the villa for my elderly father and she always responded with a smile. I highly recommend their company.

The welcome from Sylvio (Villa owner) and information we received from the 1st moment we arrived was wonderful. The agency rep was also extremely proactive and helpful and both went out of there way to support our holiday. Sylvio even booked local help and restaurants for us, making sure every aspect of our holiday was stress free. The villa itself was also very special. All facilities were perfect and everything had been thought of, from kitchenware, towels, clean bedding and a nice bonus of some local italian produce on our arrival. The outside space was also perfect. The size of the pool, coupled with the views were truly special, and the pool design was so clever it was insect free all week. I would highly recommend the villa and company to anyone. Well done Roberta and Silvio!

Our experience was incredible!! Villa Cariddi exceeded our expectations. Rosa, who made our daily breakfast was so kind and accommodating, meeting all of our needs. Our concierge, Ottavia, was so helpful, before, during and after our stay, I was blown away by her attentiveness. A dream vacation!!! Perfectly located villa in the heart of Messina!

Enjoyed a great stay with family at the gorgeous Villa Idda in July. Ottavia and the team at Sicily Luxury Villas were very helpful from the point of booking to the date of departure. Ottavia helped with Car Hire, suggested itineraries and arranging a splendid in Villa dining experience with the wonderful chef Angelo. Ottavia was very helpful when Mount Etna erupted the day before our arrival and assured us about travel details in Catania. Also the Villa host Eva was great and very helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend SLV if you are looking to book a high quality villa in Sicily.

Sicily Luxury Villas was an absolute dream to work with. Service at the villa was impeccable, we felt like VIPs our whole stay. The food was excellent and the villa was in pristine condition. It was quite simply the perfect venue for our wedding. For services Sicily Luxury Villas did not provide, they recommended top-tier vendors that blew us away at every turn.

The show's real star was Ottavia, who worked with us for a whole year, helping us plan the wedding of our dreams. She was always prompt and thorough in responding to us, and even though she is a very busy person, always made us feel like a priority. On the day of the wedding, she was an amazing coordinator and made sure everything went smoothly. We cannot recommend Sicily Luxury Villas enough!

Just stayed with family for one week in Villa ferula. Our concierge Roberta met us and we were swept away by the luxurious setting. Roberta was very welcoming and her response to any queries we had was immediate. The villa was well equipped - even has a sauna - and we cannot fault a single thing. A car is essential as the remote setting of the villa - whilst perfect and private - means transport is a must. Highly recommend Sicilian luxury villas - nothing is too much trouble for them. We booked a place through Sicily Luxury Villas for a wedding celebration and they were extremely helpful to us with finding the right place (Abbazia Santa Maria del Bosco, an absolutely extraordinary and beautiful abbey in Western Sicily), figuring out a budget for the wedding, and then in the lead up to our stay for 3 nights, helping us organise everything including myriad transfers for our 20+ guests to and from the airport and other locations, grocery shops for basics (the Abbey was mostly catered but we had young kids with us) and sourcing babysitters. Their concierge Rossella was extremely responsive at all times before and during our stay. Incredible service and we are very grateful!

Booking process was simple and the extra help in booking restaurants, local shops was very helpful. Recommend!

We booked a Villa in Mondello, just outside of Palermo. Everything was perfect from our initial booking right through the entire trip! Sicily Luxury Villas was very easy to deal with and very responsive to all our inquiries.
About 1 month before our trip, our concierge Rossella contacted us to help plan our trip and all our needs. Rossella was very friendly, responsive and a total professional. Rossella provided great guidance and booked everything we needed….all transportation, groceries, tours, dinners, baby equipment rentals, etc.. During our stay she was in touch every day to make sure everything was going as planned and if there was anything else she could help with!
The Villa we rented was better than advertised! Mariella and the house staff were very welcoming and provided great service!
Overall we had a wonderful trip and highly recommend Sicily Luxury Villas and can’t thank Rossella enough for her assistance!

Exceptional experience! The Villa is gorgeous, clean and beautifully furnished. Every detail is well thought out, and the owner’s hospitality made us feel welcomed and comfortable in a luxurious home away from home. The pool and gardens created a relaxing sanctuary with breathtaking views and colorful sunsets. The experience vastly exceeded my expectations in every way.

The entire Sicily Luxury Villas web page is nicely done. The service provider is fully professional, responds promptly, communication is perfect in English. The villa was exactly as it was on the website, the owner of the villa was waiting for us at the exact time, our contact person Ottavia was nice and very friendly, we received all the relevant information correctly and on time, including the exact location of the villa and the mobile number of the owner. We had a fabulous holiday. The villa is beautiful with amazing views and facilities. The decor is modern and uncluttered and so spacious. We felt very supported through the booking process and during our stay. Ottavia organised our trips and was very proactive in making sure we were happy and everything was organised. Our concierge service at the villa was managed by Koh Pyo who was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, all with a smile on his face. We also had a Villa Manager, Andrea, who was on hand to help us with anything we needed. All in all it was a holiday of a lifetime and will give us all wonderful memories.
