We have just spent 2 magical weeks in Sicily jam packed with fun activities, a fantastic villa and wonderful food! Giorgia made everything totally easy and perfect for us. She booked restaurants, boat trips, dune buggies and was generally a mine of Information and was always available to assist with every small detail. I can’t recommend our experience highly enough and would definitely use Sicily Luxury Villas again. Thank you for giving us a fabulous holiday!

The total experience with Sicily Luxury Villas has been first rate. All of the leasing agents, property managers, their associates and the staff are very professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs. An added surprise feature that Sicily Luxury Villas includes as a complimentary service is a personal concierge to assist with travel destination plans, tours, activities and various attractions in the area. This skilled professional facilitator is named Giorgia Cipolla and she turned out to be the most valuable and important person to us because without her we would not have known where to go or what to do. Giorgia arranged wonderful boating excursions, private dinner reservations, travel itineraries, recommendations and guidance. She answered a thousand questions about Sicily throughout our entire stay. Truly, Giorgia’s help and advice is priceless! Also, the selection of properties that the company provided to choose a vacation rental for our family this month were of excellent quality with unique character and views. We picked the Villa del Torre and it was awesome! We are anxious to return again!

Our stay at villa Marina far exceeded our expectations. The Villa was perfect for our family holiday and is ideally located, close enough to walk into the action of Naxos but far enough away to relax.
Having both our lovely pool and the sea at our door step meant we had the best of both worlds. The villa is stunning, was perfectly clean and the service both leading up to and during our stay was exceptional.
Ottavia helped organise a wonderful in house chef and cooking lesson day which was perfect for our group and a delicious lunch. We also managed to visit nearby Etna and Taormina which were close and easy to access.
We would all recommend staying at Villa Marina and would return again in the future.

Our stay at Villa Senia was truly memorable for all of the right reasons. Firstly our concierge Marcantonio was very helpful before we arrived with suggestions and bookings for tours and restaurants. Then Villa Senia itself is beautifully set in the Sicilian countryside and is very modern and fully equipped. The pool is fantastic, the views are awesome and you are left wanting for nothing. The real stars of the show are the host, Silvio, and his family. We were lucky enough to meet all of them and nothing was too much trouble, with the assistance of google translate 😁! Silvio, Erika and the boys are very kind and generous and we feel like we have new Sicilian friends. We cannot recommend Villa Senia highly enough - 6 ⭐️’s Silvio!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Villa Le Giare! The outdoor spaces were great for gathering, especially the seating areas by the pool, villa entrance and the outdoor dining room. One of the bedrooms also had an outdoor terrace. The villa was even more spacious than the pictures and the location was perfect - an easy 10 minute walk to excellent restaurants and the beach. Flavia and the villa owner were very responsive and gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants, wineries and day trips. I highly recommend!

I was a little hesitant when I booked with Sicily Luxury Villas since I had no experience with renting a Villa in Europe. I was completely satisfied with the service I received from the minute I booked to the support I received prior to and during my stay. Every detail, request, and questions were answered immediately. Every tour, transportation, recommendations and reservations were taken care of immediately and followed up. A special special special thanks to my concierge Flavia who made our visit seamless and pleasant. I cannot give enough praises to Sicily Luxury Villas!!!

The villa is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. Roberta did a great job coordinating, and Massimo was very helpful during checkin and checkout.
This was a great location from which to launch day trips to Trapani, Erice, Lo Zingaro, Valley of the Temples, and Selenute.
Also, the we used the chef service 2 or our nights and were very pleased with the experience- what luxury!

This was one of our best experiences in renting a villa abroad. Sicily Luxury Villas were prompt with our booking and offered a range of additional services prior to arrival, such as for bike hire, in-house chef and grocery shop. Our contact, Flavia, ensured we were comfortable for our entire stay. The villa itself was beautiful - spacious luxury with our own pool and views. The local restaurants at the palace (only a walk away) at Donnafugata were an added bonus in the evenings - with a good local menu and Italian gelato. The owner of the villa, Bruno, was extremely hospitable and generous. Our stay was a 10/10 and we'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for a slice of peace in the Sicilian country, slightly off the beaten tourist track.

Sicily luxury villa found us Villa Senia. It is a beautiful house with great views. The villa is very close to the local town for shopping and restaurants. The real high point of our visit was the hospitality of the owner Silvio and his family, they were superb, lovely people, who would do anything to make our stay memorable and special.

It was an environment integrated with nature, with a large and safe area for children. Therefore our little girl had a lot of fun. Our room, the food and the surroundings were clean. Ignazio and his wife Serena welcomed us. Their communication is very friendly. They responded positively to all our requests and did their best. I would have liked to chat with them a little more if we had time. We felt like one of the family. We had our own car. We traveled around Sicily using the highway and rested here in the evening. This place is really good. We were charmed and can't wait to come back.

Great cleanliness and beautiful spaces. Had an amazing chef dinner the first night with chef Angelo.
Very thorough housekeeping and the spaces were very pretty.
Wi-Fi needs a repeater upstairs, and could have enjoyed some screens on windows for mosquitoes. Other than that an absolutely amazing service and property.

We booked a fully prepaid 1-week stay for 13/5/23-20/5/23. The villa was beautiful, but the service was horrid. Do not rent this villa (sometimes referred to as "Acqua" or "Villa Morfeo") or use this service, and here is a partial list why. 1. Security deposit was switched from 1,000E to 1,500E on arrival, despite multiple email confirmations from SLV of 1,000E. There also was hesitation about returning it and a reluctance to walk through the villa on check out while I was still present. 2. Check-in was rushed and incomplete because manager Andrea "had another check-in appointment." This turned out to be a problem regarding the basic services, especially garbage, which was allowed to accumulate in supplied bins that were blown around in the wind. 3. The included daily basic cleaning was always below average - concrete floors were not cleaned once and within days were very dirty, despite removing shoes. The occassional vacuuming was not adequate. 4. Cleaning staff was rude. 5. A 2 foot long existing sliding glass door crack was not disclosed by manager on check-in, and the service created uncertainty about it, creating anxiety about a possible security deposit charge. 6. The cleaning staff repeatedly ignored requests for more toilet paper (3 women guests, so necessary), and other kitchen paper requests, but reluctantly complied and always a day late. Excuses toward week's end were that paper towels were not supplied (despite supplying them reluctantly all week until then). 7. Amenties included a washer/dryer, but the dryer did not work, and this was not disclosed on check in. We found out the hard way when we tried washing all the towels for all 6 guests and they were soaking wet and unusable for the next morning's showers. The towel supply was extremely stingy - 1 bath and 1 face towel per person - no washcloths were supplied and no spares for an emergency or second shower were available. We asked for the soaking wet towels to be taken away and replaced and it took 2 days for the wet towels to be removed and the original response was to use the beach towels for showering, or we could pay an additional fee for more cleaning, including extra towels. Mind you, we were not asking for daily replacement of towels and linens, just enough for normal use for 6 people, including 3 women with long hair. Bathroom hooks were totally inadequate for overnight drying of damp towels. Had the weather been better (it was rainy most of the week), all 6 guests would have used the pool daily and 2 showers per day would have been taken, so the towel supply would have been even less adequate than the stingy supply already was. 8. Security was frightening. We returned from a day out to find that the cleaning staff left the front door wide open - not just unlocked - but wide open. The response was "oh, it's a safe area." When we saw the open door, we had the women stay back while the men searched the villa for possible intruders or loss - there were none, but this was unacceptable and SLV and the house manager brushed it off - no simple apology, much less an accommodation or corrections to the already terrible service. 9. On day 3 there was a bug infestation in one area of the living room that was overwhelming. The first response was that the house manage could have the extermination service look at it the next day. The only person who came the next day, was a groundskeeper, not a professional service. We did not want the area sprayed while we were guests, but cleaned and treated safely. The second response was that they were just common ants (they were crawling bugs and flying ants that were swarming the area - pictures were sent to SLV and the house manager). Ultimately, nothing was done, and the bugs disappeared during the day and returned at night. 10. The house manager did not reply to whatsapp messages, and while the SLV rep did, the SLV rep repeatedly put us off to resolve things with the house manager, who again, was not responsive for a day or two at a time. 11. All in all, we had to beg repeatedly for the basic services that were included and any guest of a luxury service would expect at a minimum. 12. Finally, I would add that Plemmirio is remote, but not in a good way - the area is generally poor and the highways and local roads from the airport are littered with garbage. There are many other beautiful areas in Sicily, but this is not one of them.

I was initially reluctant to commit to a villa in Sicily from the states. Once I had the opportunity to speak with the concierge of SLV, I knew this was going to be a fantastic family vacation. Everything detail was addressed- restaurant reservations, boat trips, local tours and drivers. She listened to my needs and provided the TLC so my family would enjoy a wonderful Sicilian experience. She was in constant contact before and during my trip to make sure all my desires were met. I would highly recommend Sicilian Luxury Villas!

We had an amazing experience at our stay in the villa. There are many things that made our time at Villa Kiwi unforgettable.

The house was better than expected. It was clean, grounds were well maintained, and the house itself was gorgeous. It was also in a convenient location.

The entire process of booking was very easy. We requested the villa very close to the date of arrival. Communication with the staff at Sicily Luxury Villas was very easy, especially considering the last minute booking. Booking, payment, organization all were handled very well.

Lastly, our personal concierge, Marcantonio, was also very helpful. Other than offering many services that helped our stay convenient, he also suggested many things to do in the area as well as with reservations. He was very knowledgeable and responded very quickly.

Awesome time and we look forward to coming back, very soon :)
