Horrible!

Complete waste of my money. Didn't help my back at all, just awful. It went flat after one night

l love it.

I don't have to adjust the pillow to support my head and neck. I don't wake up with a stiff neck anymore. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone who wants a great nights sleep.

Pillow has chemical odor

I briefly tried the pillow and it was comfortable to lay on but I haven't been able to actually sleep on the pillow because it has a strong chemical smell. I have washed per instructions but the smell is still strong. I currently have the pillow tied up in a garbage bag with dryer sheets hoping this will help with the terrible odor. If there is another solution to this problem, I would love to know because I would really like to sleep on the pillow.

Love the side sleeper.

The side sleeper pro air is great for those who have neck problems and like to sleep on their side. I even got my husband to try it and now he is hooked. I have been recommending it to lots of my friends and have given them the info to be able to get one.

wonderful...but I still sleep very warm

I sleep very well with this pillow and I have spent a small fortune trying to find a good pillow. My only complaints are having to flip the pillow when I roll over and I am very hot still at night. It may be a good suggestion to have it go down both sides, but it may not be as effective, I am not the expert. I do put a towel over the pillow to keep some of the heat away, but it is only somewhat effective as it usually slides off through the night. All in all this is the best pillow I have found for sleeping comfort. I actually rate it a 4-1/2 out of 5. Cheri

Pillow review

There aren't enough pellets in the pillow. It goes too flat when you put your head on it. I wake up with a head or neck ache each morning. I would like refund please.

terrible

It is not as comfortable as the t.v. ad shows...the quality of it is like sand..It was very comfortable and wasn't supportive at all.. I had to start going to therapy because my neck was in so much pain after waking up in the mornings..I'm sorry but it wasn't dependable as you guys said it would be...I didn't like it all and I can't see myself buying anymore...

Sidesleeper Pro a great upgrade

I discovered the old Sidesleeper Pro and was kind of hooked because I felt I was no longer suffering the neck pain that plagues so many people who sleep on their side. But it never held its loft for much more than a month, and a flat Sidesleeper Pro was not helping me. I found them on sale and must have gone though four of them.

But then I saw the ad for the Sidesleeper Pro Air on antenna TV, and I had to try! I've now had it for more than a month, and my sleep has been marvelous. My only complaint was the chemical smell emitting from the poly beads that make up the fill. The smell was much more prominent at first, but without that I would have rated the pillow a 5. Overall well worth at, and a more "natural" fill would be nice (I even tried to fashion my own with buckwheat hulls, but this made a really heavy pillow.) If I could give 4.5 I would.

Had problem with it, but worked it out!

This pillow is not comfortable on its own. My husband and I both didn't sleep well on it the first night. Our ears didn't really fit in the ear part. Stopped using it. Then I tried it with a regular kinda thin pillow and put the side sleeper on top. Now I sleep very well this way. I no longer wake up with neck hurting or headache. I recommend using another pillow under it. I do however, love the part of the pillow that goes down the back.

Smell of beads is triggering my allergies.

I have two problems with the Side Sleeper Pro Air:
1. the smell is overwhelming. I have been airing out the two pillows, but since I have to put my head on the pillow obviously I cannot use them until I no longer smell the beads. Is there some way of accelerating the smell removal?
2. the bead fill is insufficient to support both my head and back. The number of beads should be increased.

We bought 4, 2 for gifts and 2 for us.

My wife and I were having problems sleeping and we decided to try your Side Sleeper Pro Air. We both experienced a major improvement immediately and could not believe how these pillows could give such quick results. There is always a But and here is mine. My wife's pillow still holds it shape just like it came out of the package and she sleeps soundly. We have had them for about 7 weeks. My pillow looks and feels like it has lost some of the filling material and does not hold it's shape. Nothing has leaked from the pillow and I can only guess that some of the beads may have turned to powder. My solution to the problem was to hold it up by the long end and let the material slide down to the other end and tie off the extra material on the long end. Probably a temporary fix but it is still usable right now.

Bad odor

Pillow had an out-gassing odor when the packaged was opened...therefore I have not used. Leaving it open to air out but the odor smells unhealthy.

Not nearly as good as the original

Because of neck pain from an injury I had many trials and errors of pillows. The original Side Sleeper Pro was a Godsend to use without causing neck pain. The only problem was that after about 6 months the pillow would lose it's loft and I'd have to buy another. I recently saw the Side Sleeper Pro Air and it sounded like exactly the remedy for having to replace a pillow every 6 months. I was very disappointed. The beads had an awful chemical smell and they wouldn't stay in place, so I would end up with filling all around me and very little under my head. Washing did nothing for the moving beads problem but it did eliminate the chemical smell. Even with the additional pillowcase the beads stoll moved too much. I'm going back to using the original Side Sleeper Pro.

Did not work for me

I purchased this pillow because I liked the concept. I thought it would help me to sleep more comfortably on my side, and the small indentation for the ear seemed to be a good idea. However, with small movements that I made during sleep, my ear did not stay in the right spot and came out of the hole. This resulted in an ear ache all the next day after sleeping with my ear directly against those hard beads. My ear is only average in size but the hole did not seem big enough for my ear to stay in it all night. I realized that I am better off with using a regular pillow on my side, as those beads contained within the pillow are not very comfortable.

Cotter verse beans

I had a cotton filled pillow made like your bean filled one liked better. Beans seem noisy. Order took awhile was back up. But let you known what was going on.

Liked the old side sleeper better

I find the regular old one is better then this air pro pillow, also it has a weird chemical smell that is taken forever to get rid of. It is a good pillow but prefer the old one

Side Sleeper Pro Air

I like them but both of the ear cups pulled apart on the second night of use. That was a disappointing. The button needs to be bigger so they don't pull out so easily.
