Völlig überzugene Versandkosten

Ich habe bei Robert KÖHLER [sign+design] in Hamburg einen gelaserten Edelstahl-Schriftzug bestellt. Mit dem Design und der Ausführung bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Arbeit war zum GESAMTPREIS von Euro 232,05 angeboten.
Durch meine Annahme des Angebots von Herrn Köhler ist ein gültiger Kaufvertrag zustande gekommen., - und ich habe sogar per Vorkasse bezahlt.
Dann fordert er Porto- und Verpackungskosten von Euro 41,65 (!!) nach, für ein Paketchen von nicht einmal einem Kilo. Bei der Post hätte dies Euro 5,49 gekostet....
Hätten die Porto- und Verpackungskosten von Euro 41,65 (!!) im Angebot gestanden, hätte ich den Auftrag niemals erteilt.
