I have got the property investment course as a Christmas present from my husband with the card “never stop learning” :). First, I have heard Palle on youtube. It’s been very informative compared to any other available info about property investment on the danish market, after my opinion. The course was the perfect gift for me.
The course is well structured, each video lesson has a good, solid content with deep explanation and examples. Personally, I love excel sheets, calculations and automation of the “process”, and that’s what Palle also shares on his course and constantly improving excel layouts and introducing new ones.
I think Palle is a good teacher, he is meticulous and has the patience to teach and to listen and has desire to help his students, but not only. I am sure he is like this no matter whom he is dealing with.
There is also good communication with Palle via his FB group, youtube channel, Q and A sessions. Quick and easy, he answers the questions or replies on comments even if he has to do research first.
The informative value of the course is big and up to date. Palle built the course based on his own experience. He continuous doing it together with his wife, Shaorong and shares it. It is worth every penny. Would buy it again.
