I was hopeful when I first came across…

I was hopeful when I first came across SilenceSpeaks.io because it claimed to support and empower the deaf community. Sadly, my experience has been very disappointing.

- Communication was poor from the start.
- Promises were made and not delivered.
- I offered help and gave feedback, but never received meaningful responses.

Most importantly, I saw hearing people being hired or involved, while deaf individuals were excluded or overlooked, in a project that claims to support inclusion.

This feels misleading and unfair. Inclusion must be more than just words — it must be real in action and leadership. Right now, SilenceSpeaks.io is not living up to the values it promotes.

I hope they take this seriously and make changes.
