Ordered items since August 2023. Now it's may 2025. Still nothing

I placed an order JAN 2023.. its now SEP 2024 and i am still wating. they said that i would ge a refund about a year ago and i have nto seen anything..
they are a SCAM

I was told my order was being held in customs now the email doesn't go through to request refund. How do we proceed at taking action against them?

I have never had a delivery delayed this long ( 8 months ) and when I try to contact them, they don't reply.

I ordered from this company in April 2023, it is now December 2023 and I am still waiting for my items. I emailed customer service and they told me my order was held up in customs, after another month or so I asked for a refund and they stopped replying to my emails. This company is just stealing your money and giving you nothing it return. Avoid, avoid, avoid...!

Ordered items never arrived. since August 2023. Emailed them but cannot reach customer service emails are returning as failures. Still waiting for my fully paid items-these never arrived please be careful.

If I could give negative stars I would. It has been 5 months and the last time customer service responded back via email was them saying that my shipment was stuck in customs. They wouldn't provide a tracking number or anything. I have been telling them I wanted a refund and they stopped responding. Their items looked really cool and just up my alley but I've learned my lesson. Such a disappointment.

Í've bee n waiting for my order for 10 months. After atleast 10 emails with the service, they've stopped answering my request for refund. They say Due to the negligence of the logistics company, the goods you purchased from our company were sent to the wrong address.
We apologize for this, now we will resend the item to you and after you receive it, give you a 50% discount store coupon as compensation,
if you don't want to wait any longer for the item, please make a request"". i've made a request several times and STILL no answer, after 10 MONTHS. ROBBERS

This company is a big scam dont by from them i order from them 2 month ago and still nothing

This company shouldn't even get one star. The don't have tracking for packages, they don't answer inquires, my purchase is in limbo. I had to "reorder" my purchase since the first time they said it didn't go thru, that was July. Still waiting. You could walk it faster across the Ocean than their service is.
Very poor customer service, not sure anyone speaks or reads English, that might be their excuse. But I'm sure a poor excuse is better than none in their world.

I didn't get my 2 orders during 9 months. They stopped responding when I ask for refund. This company is a liar.

I ordered some clothes about 3 months and a half ago and they still didn't send me anything, status is "awaiting shipment" still. I emailed them about wanting refund but they don't care. If this place can be reported somehow that would be amazing.

I ordered last year November, it's been fully 9 months, nothing. When I reach out through emails, they keep on telling me I'll get my shipment after 15 days, now they don't even bother replying to my mails. They scammed me 100$

So sorry that I didn't read these reviews before placing my order in May! It is still awaiting shipment and i believe there is no chance it will ever ship! Don't waste your money!

lame ass customer service , cant even unsubscribe to their annoying ass emails so i emailed them myself but no reaction nor do they do what i asked them to do. just go to SHEIN, at least that is trustable and they have a serious customer service

Put simply, this ‘company’ is a complete scam. I had an order placed back in March 2023, it’s now August and I still haven’t received it, I haven’t even gotten any sort of update about it, and a refund is completely out of the question. Do not trust this site, you’d get the same- if not better results if you flushed your cash down the toilet

This is not even a company, probably it's someone who scammers people. I was also waiting but after I read your reviews😭💔 I give up my money😭💔 how can they be so cruel🤬🤬🤬🤬

I also ordered from Silkwun and after I paid I went to look at reviews, I did not like what I read so I immediately ask the company to cancel the purchase and contacted my bank for a transaction reversal it took a while but the transaction was reversed. I had my money back. Silkwun is a scam and they should be reported to Facebook and people should be made aware of their scam.

I have placed an order in May and haven't received it yet. What's happening!! Longest online service ever!! Never ever recommend this site to anyone!! Scammers!!

Scammers. They are trying to deliver my package for 5 months already... Facebook ads sucks
