Best Hair, Best customer service

I have been ordering from SilqMist for the longest time now, including wigs and bundles and I have never been disappointed. To start with their customer service is top tier, and they are always responsive and ensure that I get my hair in time always!
The quality of the hair is always so good too, and I get compliments on the wigs all the time. Would definitely recommend

Dissapointed

Dissapointed

I tried to support a black owned business but I am very dissapointed. I ordered my hair thinking I will receive it within 3 to 5 days standard delivery. I ordered a closure from Ali Express at the same time. I received my order from Ali Express in 5 days. Its been over 3 weeks no delivery. I contacted them and they said the hair is not in stock. But you took my money. The joke is there is a huge black Friday sale and I keep getting emails for this. I should have read reviews before purchasing cos why are you taking customers money when there is no stock.

Shame I will have to go back to Chinese vendors.

Such an amazing company!!

Such an amazing company!!! Excellent customer service, I messaged them via their instagram page and very fast responses!!! They answered all my queries well. I opted for express delivery which was next day and the hair came extremely fast. The hair is such good quality!!! I’ll definitely be buying from this brand again.

Don’t waste your money

Bought ‘raw’ bundles from this scam of a store. Not even sure if the bundles are virgin hair. Hair quality is not as it is advertised to be! Fraudulent and Liars. There is a reason why they always have a sale on. Don’t waste your money.

AVOID unless you want to be scammed

Everyone needs to report this company to companies house and trading standards. They scam you by making you pay for express shipping, only to ship your order out 5 weeks after the order date. They won’t/ can’t explain a reason for the delay in packaging one singular bundle. If you do choose to purchase from them, make sure you use Klarna or your credit card so that you can claim your money back. These new age hair companies have 0 customer service skills and are scamming people out of their hard earned money!

Avoid this place like the plague !

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Their website specifies no refunds for wigs, so my sister ensured she just bought hair instead of the wig. Their website says 2-10 business days which was significant as my sister needed the hair by a certain point. Needless to say, the hair came much after this point so it was no longer required. The package was unopened yet they said she cannot get a refund as they don’t refund wigs. Once she told them her order was not a wig, they refused to give her the money back but instead said she can have it back in ‘store credit’. She tried to go through their customer service but was met with unhelpful replies or just radio silence. As someone who practices law, I can confidently say this company has no regard for the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are currently looking at the different options available to pursue this legally but as a word of warning avoid this place at all costs!

Cowboys

The worst company. DO NOT even bother wasting your time with them.
They are very unprofessional and customer service is like talking to a brick wall. They don’t deliver what they advertise, whether that be the product or the delivery times. A joke from start to finish. The whole thing is a money grab with no care for actual business and customer service. Not everyone is meant to be a businessman/ woman and this owner clearly is not.
If you plan to buy from here, make sure you know your rights as a consumer first because you’ll probably be needing it.

Even a simple Companies House search will show you how ridiculous they are.

Spend your hard earned money where it’s appreciated

STAY AWAY

If you are looking for next to no responses, lack of accountability, being left In the dark re a wig you ordered 2 months (still haven’t received), people who pretend they have the wig, fake tracking number and of course people who cannot actually colour as they advertise and try to offer you something completely different then this is your place girls!! Good luck to anyone ordering from this place. I have all the screenshots too.

Very unprofessional company

Very unprofessional company, they clearly have no idea about UK Trading laws and appear to have drafted their T&C's themselves without legal advice. Please be aware of your rights -you have the right to cancel an online order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and get a refund to the original payment method used. The store are also supposed to make you aware of this right, which Silqmist did not.

Silqmist would not honor this and tried to "refund" with a discount code on their website, which is absolutely useless as it doesn't stack with their sale codes that are always active so you'd end up paying more to exchange or "return" something. I ended up claiming my money back through my credit provider who agreed with me.

In terms of the hair, I didn't even take it out of the package so I can't comment too much however the ends were noticably thin, so if you do plan on ordering then make sure you're ordering several inches longer than you need since it'll need a lot cutting off to look full. I wouldn't bother - for the price, there are much higher quality suppliers that understand how to operate professionally.

Very reliable and great communication

Very reliable and great communication! Was able to get my bundles to me within 2 days and I ordered on a weekend. Such lovely people and would highly recommend and the hair quality is so good. Worth the money! :)

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM SCAM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! SCAM!

I ordered a set of bundles 16 days ago now, paying an extra fee for the “express delivery” option. Despite regularly getting in touch with them for updates I am still yet to recieve any kind of update on my order aside from the fact it’s “being proccessed”.

When I first reached out I was told proccessing could take up to 10 days (which felt misleading as I wasn’t told this when placing my order) but I did accept this. However, over two weeks later I’m still being told my order is “being proccessed” and also that I’m unable to cancel an order or get my money back in any way whilst my order is being proccessed, despite being given no sense of how long this proccessing would take. It’s clear to me that I’ve fallen victim to a scam and won’t be recieving my hair (having already had to cancel a salon appoinment due to it not arriving) or a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - TERRIBLE AND UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO HAIR HAS ARRIVED.

Edit: Even worse, I ended up paying an extra £30 to them as they told me they could upgrade my order to something else that could be sent next day. They provided me a royal mail tracking number, it wasn’t until I got in contact with royal mail that I found out they had generated a tracking number without ever sending a parcel. Still no explanation and no money back - appalled.
