Been on these for 2 weeks now, food is good, delivery process easy. Nice variety and easy to track calories. Really helps me eat better than grabbing stuff on the go. A healthier way and feel fuller so not snacking anymore. This is really helping my wellbeing. Got a good deal initially on signing up, hope they reward loyalty and return custom.

First delivery arrived warm with two…
First delivery arrived warm with two packages split open. Complained and only interested in replacing split packages. Next week was delivered ok, however food is like mush and every meal has given me a bad stomach after.
It also wasn't clear I would be signing up for weekly payments, taking 68, 78 and the 100 within 2 weeks. Its also painful to cancel having to click through many prompts to keep you.
Overall poor quality and trying to sneak customers into subscription over improving quality of product and delivery.

UPDATED: Cancellation process issues
EDIT: I have rerated this to 3 stars based on the excellent customer experience once I was out of the automated email loop. The feedback I gave was heard and responded to quickly with information given to me that shows they are making strides to address the issues. I genuinely hope the business goes from strengths to strengths. I’ve rated this service one star because the cancellation process is unnecessarily difficult and feels deliberately designed to prevent customers from leaving.
I emailed directly to ask for my subscription to be cancelled, only to receive an automated response directing me back to the online cancellation process. That process then sent me around in circles, repeatedly asking whether I was sure, encouraging me to retain savings and offering no clear, straightforward option to simply confirm that I wanted to cancel.
I was certain I wanted to leave, but the journey forced me to select options such as “I’m still not sure” before continuing. Even after choosing to lose my savings, there was still no obvious final option to say no and cancel.
Customers should be able to end a subscription as easily as they started it. Making the cancellation route confusing, hidden and frustrating is poor practice and has completely undermined my trust in the company.
I also found the meals repetitive, with too many variations of chicken, rice and vegetables, and there was no clear indication of how spicy meals were. I didn’t receive useful reminders before the deadline for changing meal selections either.
The food itself may suit some people, but the cancellation experience alone is enough for me not to recommend the service.

Myself and my partner are both decent cooks and enjoy fresh non processed food. However the time it takes during the week is what made us try Simmer Eats, and we’re so glad that we did! We’ve been subscribed for 2 weeks now. Every meal has been delicious, fresh and well prepared. I was worried about portion sizes as I have a decent appetite, a physically demanding job and I exercise regularly so I get the large portions which are perfect. Plus now our dinner prep and eating is over and done with in 20 mins leaving the rest of the evening free.
I highly recommend Simmer Eats to anyone who is looking to try it.

THE WORST CHOICE YOU WILL EVER MAKE
Avoid — two weeks with no proper food, unsafe food, missed deliveries, no replacement, and no solution. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Do not waste your time, money or patience!
More stress and hassle than it’s worth.
I've had one of the worst experiences I can remember with a delivery service, and I want to lay out exactly what happened.
My delivery was due on a Sunday and never arrived. No replacement was offered — I was just told to wait. There was no contact from anyone explaining why it was late, why it hadn't come, or what was being done about it until the following morning, and even that only happened because I chased it myself. Not once did Simmer or their delivery partner reach out to me first.
The credit I was originally offered as compensation was later removed, and I was given a refund instead — but only after I chased for it myself. The problem is, my original order was on a 50% off starting deal, so being refunded at that rate and left with no ongoing discount has left me feeling completely conned. I'm now out of pocket, with no discounted deal, and had to fight to get even the refund sorted.
It then took until the following Sunday — a full week later — for a replacement delivery to arrive at all, and when it did, it came warm, with no working ice packs and cling film bulging from the heat. That's two full weeks without any usable food from this service, despite the money that had already been taken from me.
On top of all this, I was working away from home at the time, in a situation where I couldn't prep my own food due to allergies and dietary requirements. This service is exactly what I rely on for that reason, and instead I was left starving, eating nothing but salad for days — something that should never have been an issue given what I was paying for.
Two weeks, a significant amount of money charged, food arriving in an unsafe condition, and still no proper solution. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Been receiving Simmer for the past three weeks. Tasty meals and quick to heat up saving some much time. This has definitely helped us with not over eating too. Received two duplicate meals in error and summer were quick to resolve this. Thank you Samuel for checking in with us.

At no point was any mention made this was Halal meat which I find not acceptable as I personally detest it

I have noticed a steady weight loss over only 3 weeks!
Not only that, my energy levels at work has improved thanks to nutritional ingredients in my meals.
My favourite part about Simmer eats is that the menu changes on weekly basis keeping me fascinated and not bored of having the same meals over and over again.
