a good start but lousy customer service
many options. Love the clarity.
However they were of absolutely no assistance in telling me what my phone number was.
Massive fail on that front.

No refund for a product that did not work
Purchased a 4G/5G sim for South Africa, it did not work and would not connect to anything higher than 3G. Nothing would load, but because I had already activated it, they would not offer a refund, despite the product advertised not working. I've always had a great experience with SimOptions, it's a shame they do not offer refunds when their products do not work.

Wanted to install a esim on my gl-inet…
Wanted to install a esim on my gl-inet 750 MIFIrouter, after searching for some specific information i learned that a esim adapter was needed. Not al esim providers share a qr code with apn info and also with simoptions it wasnt very clear. I bought the cheapest version to test for compatibility and after recieving the info (which was immediately) i started te install process which was do-able.... but everything works.
Perhaps an extended step by step installation advise for these kind of devices would be nice.
