Unfortunately it's still common in Germany to use Fax. The good thing is that if you send someone fax, you're taken a lot more seriously.
They also allow you to send letters, which is very nice.

The only thing that I would like to change about this service is allowing to send larger documents. Right now, if you send a letter, you can only attach 2 pages, which is often sufficient but not always enough. For that, I deduct one star, but other than that the service is really nice and perfect for the price.

Very good application if you need to send faxes to germany. Its cheap it confirms you always whether the fax has been received or not and you can use it easily in your phone if needed.

simple-fax is the greatest. Simple yet fully functional, with confirmation and recignition of errors, even overseas!

After research which Fax service I should use in Deutschland, I was left indecisive between Fax Plus and Simple-Fax. Since Fax Plus requires a monthly paid subscription, I decided to go with Simple-Fax. There's no subscription needed, you can just load your credits and send any fax, letter or SMS anytime you like. With only 5€ of credits, you can even reserve a fax number for yourself for one year. If you keep the fax number for longer, you can load another 5€ again. So you can basically think of it as a yearly subscription with only 5€ (but of course just in case you want to reserve and keep a fax number for yourself) instead of monthly subscriptions which really don't make sense in case you don't use fax really often.

No hidden fees, no subscriptions, no surprising invoices. You just use what you paid for with a simple interface. As its name speaks for itself, it's really simple to use and manage.

I would not advise anyone to use this application. Their support does not bother to reply and they charge for faxes that cannot be sent. Absolute waste of time and money

You have to have at least 25euro in your account to be able to activate a fax number -aka receive faxes.

They then ask you for confirmation of address and you are at this point required to load a bank statement or bill with your name and address. You load this document within your dashboard on this website.

I did this and have been waiting more than a week now and nothing...no news... no update. Nothing. And i paid this money so i could send and receive an urgent fax. So yeah money down the drain.

I still have 4.93 credit but they are not allowing me to send a FAX that costs 0.25€ and forcing me to deposit a minimum 25 €!
