Caveat Emptor

The website makes impressive use of data in its analysis and I signed up, expecting to receive a diet plan. Instead I got a fasting schedule that I could easly have devised without any support. There was absolutely no need to pay for something so genuinely simple!

It would be 0 if I could - TOTAL SCAM

It would be 0 if I could. Signed up for the $1 introductory, canceled and deleted the app in February and cancelled. Still getting charged $59.99 every 3 months. Have disputed this with my credit card company and will continue to do so. No way to contact anyone directly, horrible company!!

Should be 0 stars

Should be 0 stars. Didn't pay anything as realised it could be a scam luckily but they have my email and continually communicate. The unsubscribe doesn't work! I keep reporting as spam. The average consumer is powerless against scams like this once they've suckered you. Trust pilot should investigate and verify any positive reviews of this company as they are probably scam reviewers as well. Doubt happy camper is real but if she is TrustPilot needs to verify why she gave 5 stars when the overwhelming majority consider this to be a scam. Update. Went on email and have blocked all addresses associated with this scam. Peace!

Beware of social media scams

Signed up and they first hit me for $29 then another $29, then $49 twice. Got on chat and demanded my money back and after a few back and forth threatening to escalate complaint they said would reimburse 2to 5 days haven’t got it yet. I’ll wait for the 5th day and update either way.

Awful!!

I was initially happy to pay for the initial monthly subscription however once I paid the 3 months it didn't come with a meal plan or exercise, if you click the amount you would be happy to pay they automatically take it without any payment approval, my bank blocked the charge luckily but whilst I was on the fraud call the company attempted to take 5 payments from different named accounts, I've now had to cancel my card to stop them. Luckily I got emailed the workout plan so I did end up getting something from them. The app is useless it's
just an AI conversation do not waste your money.

We need zero stars

We need zero stars. Simple debited my account $29.00. I can’t find the app. I can’t get out. I feel trapped. I hope my bank can stop the money transfer. What a SCAM!

Simple is a scam

Simple is a scam. The application is full of mindless irrelevant questions. I want to to be able to immediately see where I am On my current fast, log weight and food. Period. If they don’t refund my money immediately I’ll contact the Col Department of consumer fraud.

I was suckered into buying added stuff…

I was suckered into buying added stuff after I had already bought into the trial, and I thought the new price included the price to start the trial. Wrong. The app was annoying and essentially useless to me and I just want to figure out how to cancel before I am charged again. It’s not showing up in my AppStore subscription list, so I need another way. I guess making difficult is just another part of the scam. I should know better by now. I’m 72 and on a fixed income. I can’t afford stupid mistakes anymore.

Makes you go trough all the tedious…

Makes you go trough all the tedious questionnaires with mostly unnecessary questions like what do you identify as? I mean if i don't identify as anything how can you accurately know my macros? And at the end of this long long questionnaire they ask for your bank details and suck you into a contract. Sites that trick you into a questionnaire and then trick you into paying without telling you before hand? Wasting peoples time! Avoid!

0 if I could

0 if I could . It wouldn’t send me the code you need to cancel your subscription I’ve emailed them half a dozen times with no response. I have stopped automatic payments on PayPal so I hope that stops these thieves . Stay away - wish I’d read trust pilot before .

Beware of cancellation. This is my second review to update my

This is my second review to update my last post made a couple of weeks ago. I gave this one star and if I could give zero stars I would. The company that runs the app have employees or company policy that doesn’t favor customers. I paid twice for the app’s services on the same day of August 8th. I asked for a refund and my response in a nut shell was too bad. Clearly I don’t need to pay twice for services so this should have been a no brained refund. I sent proof from my PayPal account to support as well. Then I posted here my review and heard from Simple asking me to reach out to their team and left a contact email. I reached out the same day and since then a couple of times and zero response. So clearly they are only commenting on negative posts to make it appear they are going to assist but they really are not. Has anyone noticed that apps like these make it hard to find the steps to cancel? This one stick me in a loop I couldn’t seem to break. I’m sure there was a way but it wasn’t obvious. Why can’t apps put on their main menu a link that is clearly marked “how to cancel your subscription”. I have noticed this more and more and it is annoying enough that I won’t be engaging in services that hide this. I recommend you do your research before engaging. When I researched reviews on Simple I came across many listings about not being able to get subscriptions cancelled and customer service to respond. This is where I am at and chalking the $120 for one session instead of $60 for services up to a disappointment and a valuable lesson. Beware friends.

AVOID!!Wish I’d read more reviews🙄

Wish I’d read more reviews! Signed up for 3 months but wanted to cancel on 2nd day when I realised the app was rubbish.. Tried to cancel my subscription through their app, says it will send a code to my email.. 10 times tried , no code . Don’t answer any of the emails I’ve sent… Absolute con and AVOID at all costs . The app itself is useless and didn’t monitor my fasting in real-time !! Now gotta find a way to stop any more payments.
UPDATE: I tried to comment and ask a question on their fb page but moderators blocked me and Ive since discovered they’ve tried 2 x in the past few days to take more payments which weren’t even due as I had paid for a 3 month sign up only a week earlier.Yet my account says I need to upgrade to premium to see any details of my account!Had to inconvenience myself and freeze my credit card to stop the payments.

This company is not a company

This company is not a company. It is some dude sitting in front of his computer and figuring out how to rip people off - and he is good at it, as you can see from the reviews. I am pretty sure that any review is a waste of time. I am doing it, however, hoping to reach the other suckers, like myself, who might be out there standing in the sucker line.
I hardly use PayPal so I don't check it. I'm the dummy. No, not a penny of your money will be returned. I guarantee.

Don't be suckered.

Do not even think about signing up with this company. They will do their utmost to keep your money although you have NOT received anything including an app. They give you a huge run around with what appears to be AI responses instead of a HUMAN, and there is NO phone number to call. Save your money. Don't get suckered by this company.
