HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! - I received my double leg-rest a lot earlier than the expected delivery date. It is easy to use and assemble. I use my double leg-rest whilst I am sat at my desk in the office/workplace. The double-leg rest is comfortable and supportive, I would highly recommend!

Awesome customer service and the product is excellent quality. I couldn't be happier with the whole process, will certainly buy from them again.

I had a look at a half-dozen websites and Simply Ergonomic where the best value for me, as they didn't charge a huge price to ship to Northern Ireland (and other UK non-mainland locations).

They replied to my query on shipping very quickly and kept me abreast of the shipping schedule throughout.

The RollerMouse Red is excellent; this purchase was a replacement for an older one that had worn out. I was so glad to find I could get a new one just the same. Ordering with Simply Ergonomic was straightforward and they provided regular updates regarding delivery.

Great choice of chairs on the website giving full details to enable a qualified choice. The ordering process was easy and the whole transaction conducted with professionalism. Only one word of advice, read all the information given on the website thoroughly and make sure you order the correct chair; the choice is vast.

Great service, arrived on time, the gentleman was lovely nothing was too much trouble.
He went through everything and explained how I should be seated, the hight of my screen for best position.

The people at SE were really helpful with getting the right spares for my very old Axia chair, they couldn't have done more to make sure I got the right parts first time. Brilliant service!

I give this company five stars for the excellent level of customer service that I received.
I initially added an item to the online basket but didn't complete the transaction. Simply Ergonomic contacted me and offered some information and answered a lot of questions I had about the product I was purchasing; this convinced me to make the purchase.
I had a small issue with the delivery that didn't go as smoothly as agreed. Simply Ergonomic couldn't have been better about their response. They resolved my delivery issue very quickly and even threw in something as a surprise.
I highly recommend their products (excellent ergonomic chair that has solved a long running back issue), and their customer service is superb. Special thanks go to Caroline for all her help.

Such helpful customer service, kept us informed the whole time of delivery etc. Oranised delivery with a suitable vehicle so it could be delivered as we have difficult access. Great products.. could not be happier.

I have an old (2002) sit/stand desk that stopped working. The company I bought it from has since ceased trading and the product code on the desk was not recognised in search engines. My partner contacted Simply Ergnomic because they have a similar name to the original company. Rather than simply confirming they were not the same company, Simply Ergnomic kindly offered to try to identify the desk if we sent them photos - and also said they would ask their engineers for ideas on how resolve the fault. They got back to us with details of the desk and how to fix it the same day!.One very happy non-customer - however I have a health problem so will try to use them in future and will recommend them at any opportunity!

They even upgraded my order to a newer model free of charge.

First I would like to thank Iain, who put up with my constant questions and demands at Simply Ergonomics. I will say that when I ordered my chair, it wasn’t in stock but it didn’t mention that anywhere on the website. So there was a little delay in it arriving, to wait for it to be back in stock. I live in Aberdeen, Scotland and I had read some previous posts about DPD thinking that my post code, which is AB11 is classed as the Highlands and Islands. Which it’s not. I’m 5 minute walk from the City centre. (Just in case anyone else thinks they may have the same issue). My chair arrived within a couple of days after being in stock. No issues at all. You receive emails keeping you informed on its delivery day and time.
On to the chair itself. When I bought it, it was £624 September 2013. The chair was really heavy in its box. I could see the delivery courier having a small breakdown and crying on the inside, so I gave him a hand. Unboxed it. Looked at the instruction manual. 6 screws later (it comes with its own allen key) it was solid as a rock, but more comfortable. Took less than 5 minutes. On the comfort, I only have one “issue” it’s where the lumber support is connected to the back rest of the chair. I’m not saying it “digs” in, but I can feel it’s there. I worry that might only get worse? Other than that, it’s very comfortable and very easy to operate. Everything you can think about adjusting is as straight forward and very well… err… ergonomical
