Simply Christmas 

.I know how we should always have our own opinions and check things for ourselves...I know this shop very well, I have been going there for 2 yrs... In Nov we purchased a table with 6 chairs from there as we trusted them...To our big, enormous dissapointment- the table arrived faultyand chipped ( it's made from glass)....An utter disaster, we made around 15 phone calls to the shop, we went there once ourselves, we attempted to speak with the manager - no luck though...They were so dismissive and reluctant to even discuss the matter with us that we decided to take it further!!! Noone accepted our request to come and have a look at the table, they even told us that tehy didn't know the surname of the manager!!! The shop is rather small, family run I would say...Ridiculous!!! They feel free to play with their customers as they do not feel any pressure from the outside...Perhaps noone decided to take them to court or even dispute the purchase...I am truly dissapointed and furious as there is so little we can do...It seems to me that buying from Next or Argos sounds like a reasonable idea- as they always try to resolve a problem or at least they try. If you don't know the store or would like to buy sth from there- be ware!!! Customer service does not exist at that place needless to say that looking after customers, too.

Glass table and chairs delivered, was not installed correctly and when slide out extension was pulled out, large scratch was visable as well as manufacture defect of glass. The manager whilst very pleasant when I made my purchase was un-sympathetic wheni reported the damage. Offered a replacement in December 2009 - March 2010 still waiting, on chasing the replacement am told that he is not prepared to replace or refund. Wish I had paid by credit card as I could have then claimed my money back. Needless to say, i won't be back.
