Would Not Recommend this Company

Really unhappy with this Company.
Bought 2 Track Rod ends (Febi) which had a 3 year warranty. 7 months later MOT identified that they were faulty. Contacted Simply Car Parts who promised initially replacements and later a refund. After nearly 3 months of going backwards and forwards they are now ignoring me and have no refund. My advice is not to use this this Company

If they issued a wrong item. They keep silent

I ordered a left front lower control arm for my Toyota Yaris from Simply Car Parts on 21/01/2026 of the brand Moog (order number #339072). They delivered the item in the very next day. But when I open the package, found that they wrongly packed the right-side lower control arm. The part number in the issued invoice and the part number on the item were different. I informed them about this by mail, as there was no contact number provided. They responded and asked for my car registration number. I gave my car registration number and also briefed again about the incorrect item supplied against the invoice with photographs. They replied that they will respond within 4 hours. I waited for 3 days; I didn't get any reply. I sent three reminder mails; no reply. After 10 days. I returned the item by track 48 with their invoice. And sent a mail asking for refund. No reply... Now almost one month finished. I didn't get any reply or any refund. I lost my money with the courier cost. Literally they defrauded me. This is a clear case of cheating. For that, they are not giving any contact number.

Impossible to Contact – Avoid

Ordered a part which arrived a few days late however not a problem for me so all good.
However, trying to return the item has been an absolute nightmare. Looking on their website it says to arrange a refund please get in touch as soon as possible.
Well I’ve sent three emails over a few weeks and have received no response whatsoever. There is no telephone number to call, no live chat, and effectively no way to contact the company apart from email. The complete lack of customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly urge anyone considering ordering from them to think again, once they have your money, you’re on your own.

Ordered two tail lights for my audi a6

Ordered two tail lights for my audi a6. Emailed first to confirm they were the correct ones, got a response within about 20 minutes from Paul, he had checked the audi system and confirmed they were. Checked the shop app the day after and they hadn't been shipped so email again. Got a response immediately from Steve who said they had an issue with stock but said they would send them the day after and upgraded delivery to 24hr with DHL. Arrived the day after as promised. Very professional and the cheapest by far. Will definitely use them again. Thanks.

excellent customer service

I went there not knowing it's a online shop only, and pick up only if arranged.
Paul came out and got the extra mile to help me out, he sorted the correct part for me otherwise i would have ordered the wrong one.
thanks guys, keep going with your excellent work.
and they got the best price too, I saved over 100 pound

Ordered a thermostat for my Mercedes…

Ordered a thermostat for my Mercedes E350 and received an email to say unfortunately that particular part couldn't be sourced. Was offered a replacement which was oem,. superior in quality and more expensive at the same price as my original order. Excellent customer service. Steve kept me updated at all times.
Will deffo use again. 5 Stars

First time customer

Ordered a drl for my Peugeot to replace a broken one . Garage had quoted around 50 pounds more than simplycarparts for supply of same part

Took the plunge and ordered late Thursday evening then started to get concerned as I noticed no phone number and the Facebook link did not work so I emailed the help address for reassurance on a Friday at 4pm asking when my part would be delivered

I got a swift response from Steve less than 10 minutes later informing me a genuine part would be delivered from valeo on the following Tuesday so my concern was immediately negated

Sure enough my part arrived Tuesday as promised in original packaging

Thank you simplycarparts . Will use You again

Contacted these guys via their online email form and got a reply within 30 minutes!

Excellent customer service, they will make sure you get your part and I also managed to purchase and collect within 2 hours. Arranging for me to pick up from the main distributor.

Great Service all round on a low value sale! 1st Class.

Needed a £5 (VW Dipstick funnel) part in a hurry, so contacted them to see if they could offer a pre10am service. Although not advertised they received my order and upgraded the part to a pre10am. Have also been very helpful in tracking down other parts required. Overall a great service from a company when the sale value was low - i will sure to be using again in future.

A lot better than some of the competition!

Despite having a problem with delivery, a set of brake pads came in very bad shape all beaten up in transit, SCP has taken the responsibility and supplied with another set very quickly.

I purchased a pair of headlights for my Volvo xc90 from simply car parts and they arrived quickly and in brilliant condition. They were a valeo product and were exactly what I was after. They matched the description and were a really fair price. Definitely recommend this company
