Very pleased overall
My first order did get delayed but it wasn’t their fault. USPS is just so unreliable. When the products did arrive it was worth the wait. I’ll definitely be shopping there more. It would be great if in the future they started using a different carrier though maybe.

I made a purchase through Simply Crafted for nearly $60.00 and paid for this with my credit card, they go through a 3rd party verifiable "SQUAREUP" website to secure the transaction. I was scammed for nearly $500.00 through SQUAREUP site and it is being investigated currently by Aspire Credit Card company and I am not responsible for these charges I did not make.. I'm sorry if Simply Crafted is upset about this, I'm not blaming them, but I am blaming the supposid secured website of "SQUAREUP" who did this.!! BEWARE !!!!

Our card processor has assured us they are not responsible for any breach you experienced either. I would suggest taking further action with your financial institution and local law enforcement.

I did 2 orders
The first one has been for more than a month and I haven't heard anything back from them.
The second one has been for more than 25 days in USPS without any update.
I have sent 3 emails to them and NO EVEN A SINGLE RESPONSE.
I write them in Instagram and NOTHING.

I was a bit concerned because my order was taking so long, but when I contacted them they went ahead and resent my order so I didn’t have to wait for the original which was apparently stuck in transit. Not long after I got the resent one I got the original too and they said I could keep both. Needless to say I’m happy overall with everything

Fantastic selection and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had a question about broad vs full spectrum and the guy in the phone was very helpful. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to get off the phone or just sell me the most expensive CBD oil. He actually seemed to want to help. Awesome experience and the oil I wound up getting is great too.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I called about which CBD oil to try for arthritis and they were very friendly and helpful. I wound up going with a 1500mg vanilla one and it’s been great. I highly recommend trying Simply Crafted.

I have order, pay and nothing was delivered. After a week of waiting I try to contact support. Nothing happens no answer nothing. Only automatic advertising mail. It was express expensiver shipment. I think I was scammed. Beware this site's!!! If it come I will update my ranking and review.

They have my favorite flower of all time, Hawaiian Haze. I’d been looking online forever trying find a cbd store that had Hawaiian Haze when Simply Crafted CBD came up. The picture of the bud was gorgeous so I was actually a little skeptical cause a lot of times the pictures look better than what you get, but the buds actually looked great! Even more important, they smoked very well too.
