I have been ordering from them since may 2016 and even had a relationship with their delivery driver covering my area. I faced the same issue with overcharge late last month and called the delivery guy to complain.
He informed me the system was having issues. I wasn't satisfied with that information as a result I emailed the company asking for explanation why I was overcharged.
In their response, they sent me a confirmation document from their "card processor" showing how my payment was flagged and placed in a queue for manual review. As a result of this, order was cancelled as the system rule triggered based on the amount. It didn't make sense to me at first so I took it to my brother in-law who works for a financial institution. He explained that company put this rule in place to prevent scammers using others card to purchase food and avoid chargebacks.
Without this rules, all payment will go through and they might end up in thousands of chargeback every month if not careful.
I just thought I'd share my experience. To be fair, have had few very late deliveries from then since I joined, but I KNOW for sure they deliver food.
Have also tried Jinn in the past, my order came very late. I'm guessing driver shortage...who knows. Anyways, my take.
