AVOID Sent me the wrong order and won't…
Have all emails from this company refusing but acknowledging their mistake I spoke to them for a week and then shut down my account stop saying you haven't spoke to me!!
Sent me the wrong order and won't refund £17.99 paid for postage
Yep they got it wrong packed and sent the wrong order I have used them for 5 years!!! They refused to refund me the 17.99 extra I paid for next day delivery when it's obviously their error they gave me an hour to reply to an email and took it upon themselves to send half the out of stock apparently order blaming their website for the glitch.
That's great still not your customers fault but these people don't get that don't waste your money guys I've complained so many times never seen a company like it.

I have tried different hair dye and none has worked for me. This is no way better. In fact I am afraid that it will not have a negative effect on my head in the long time. I am in pain. It has damage my head with wounds all over my head. I tried it on on my skin it was fine. But my head disaster. I only applied it for 10 minutes and washed it.

Still going strong 5 months later
Had their nano ring hair extentions fitted in December 2021 and still have the same hair in nearly 6 months later. Still nice quality obviously it’s not as silky smooth as it was but I don’t have any problems with it tangling or anything. I’m wanting to get a new set soon as I want to try their weave but I honestly think it could last the year.

Quite bad
Bought this hair and came when it said. Sadly it wasnt as good as people say.Somebody was trying to braid my hair and went to get a piece (keep in mind we bought 2 packs) and put it in my hair and it was extremely knotted. Also you have to pull the real hair because if you take even the tiniest bit of pressure off the braided fake hair it bounces back up.I will not be buying again.

Our Synthetic Jumbo Braids are designed to be textured in order for them to grip well to human hair when creating braid hair styles.

I ordered the hair extension shampoo set & bff gift box. I was informed when it was dispatched and could track my delivery no issues.
The gift set was amazing! Such a nice wee box and the pre shampoo treatment left my hair feeling so soft and hydrated! Will definitely purchase again!

Great customer service
I had a problem with an order from simply hair. My parcel didn't arrive and I couldn't see on my tracking why or how to get it redelivered. I contacted simply hair through the website and they got back to me in a couple of hours and rectified the problem. The problem was actually caused by an error on my part. They had the package re-delivered within 24 hours with no extra charge.
