Still do not have my item
Not really sure what to think as I still have received the item I ordered on Dec 11th , 2019. According to the tracking number will not be delivered until 1/3/2020. Call Simply Personalized no help, went to Fed Exp with tracking number and again no help?????

Awful Service
I ordered this item on December 5 for a Christmas gift. As of 12/26/19 I have yet to receive it. When I called to check the status on the 18th of December the customer service person could give me no answer regarding my order, other than to say “not to worry, it will be delivered before Christmas” I was not able to track the item as I was told that there is no tracking number available. I I could leave a zero star review I would. I only hope to see this soon or I will seek a refund.

Bad experience
I had an horrible experience with this company I contacted simply personalized a couples of times with no response. Someone replied to one of my messages asked me a question that I responded to and I still until this day haven’t received a response. I was supposed to get a gift box with my purchase I received my book with no gift box. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication between customer service and their customers.

‘Guranteed before Christmas’ means nothing
Scheduled to arrive 5 days later than the latest estimate ‘guaranteed’ on the order. Rather than arriving 2-7 days before Christmas it will arrive 3 days after Christmas. Customer Support is awful, only employed for 3 hours a day (seriously). Use another service or expect to be disappointed.

Customer service won’t answer any…
Customer service won’t answer any requests or questions about a part of my order that is wrong...pretty ridiculous to the point the customer service is overseas is only open in the USA for limited times each day. Totally crap....I’m still waiting for a damn response to multiple Messages.

Ordered a puzzle November 30th and…
Ordered a puzzle November 30th and still have not received it. When I called about it I was told it was shipped out but there is no tracking system. Hopefully, it will arrive before Christmas. When I placed the order the information said it would be sent in two (2)weeks. Otherwise I wouldn't have placed the order.
