No eta or tracking, but overall good

Customer service couldn't provide an eta or tracking no. Despite having a big red banner saying that all their sales will continue as normal, this was a bit mis leading. The products then arrived 3 businesses days later, all very good quality and quite fast in these times, so can't complain about that.
Overall would recommend for others to try aswell.

What it says on the tin!

What it says on the tin!! This toy is exactly as stated, the only reason why I haven't given it 5 stars was because I found it a little full on for me and that was on the first settings. I had to turn it off after about 10 seconds before I had a seizure lol. It's a good buy I would recommend it!!

Absolutely awful company and brand

Absolutely awful company and brand. They take your money but if something is wrong with the product or faulty they don't help whatsoever. Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Genuinely! I have bought many things off them before. And time and time again there are issues with their products. I must be the stupid one who keeps going back expecting things to be different. You have been warned. Do NOT use this company they are unbelievably bad, but REALLY bad!!
