I have been purchasing DVDs from this company for many years.
I recently sent a cash order to them, which did not arrive with them. I had done this on numerous occasions with out any problem.
I was more than delighted today when Ben e mailed me to tell me that as a gesture of good will that they had sent out my dvd for me. That is how you get loyalty and I will be happy to keep dealing with them.

I ordered several items 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for one of them: first they told me it wasn't on stock and that I had to wait for them to get it, ages later they told me they weren't going to get it and that I could get another item for the same price...
Of course they didn't have the replacement item I asked for even though it appeared as being in stock on the website... Hence twice I have chosen films which appear to be in stock only to find out they weren't...
What kind of website sales items out of stock and also some which won't even be replenished and wastes the customers time as well????
Not to mention that at an average price of £26 per DVD it's an ABSOLUTE RIPOFF!!!! Other sites sale DVDs for half or less!!!
