I need to say how exceptional the experience was dealing with this company. My husband needed to order sleeper posts and he found this website. I have to be honest I was dubious ordering as the website didn't have much info on it and a mobile number for contact. I researched on companies house and I was satisfied it was all legitimate. My husband messaged via the website and he had an immediate reply from Connor who was very efficient and helpful. Within a few days the order arrived and we are very happy with the posts. The driver was very friendly and professional. Exceptional service and worth a 5 star review. Highly recommended company.

Brilliant! Great communication and my order arrived within a few days. Ordered a range of their sleeper posts. Those corner posts are great - makes for a really easy install.

Great experience with Simple Sleepers, I placed an online order, one of the few websites that had all the different Sleeper RSJ angles plus choice of coating, I read the reviews below and there is companies house and VAT details on the website now which is enough you can verify the business details from there, I had an email confirming the dispatch time and expected delivery date and on the day of delivery I used the chat to check progress and got a quick response.

Delivery driver called twice to confirm arrival and helped me un-load very friendly and polite, product looks great (I havent installed yet) but very pleased so thoguht I would add a review to help others I would use again.

Emailed and never expected a reply until during the week an absolute gem Connor has been in touch and sorted everything out it’s a very rare thing today this type of customer service very very impressed I have no doubt my order will arrive with no issues

The RSJ sleeper posts and timber posts I ordered were top quality and made my DIY landscaping project so much easier. Everything arrived in great condition, and the materials were exactly as described. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely be using Simply Sleepers again for future projects. We were shopping around for our sleepers and posts for absolutely ages, and living in the Forest of Dean area there's plenty of places to purchase from locally but it was the RSJ posts that were the issue. Cost wise and ideally wishing to get everything from one place - simply sleepers was who we went with in the end.

I agree with a previous review, at least a business address would be confidence inspiring to see on the website (perhaps its there now, due to come), but as simply sleepers catered to everything we needed for our landscaping DIY job, it felt confidence inspiring enough to get everything from them - 28 sleepers, 2 types of RSJ posts that came to around 8 of those and 26 bags of concrete - done.

I applaud the delivery driver who ended up on one of 3 backroads from Lower Lydbrook that really was not the one for his van and trailer (all due to one of the better roads being shut for repairs), but fair play he made it. Delivery was pretty swift from order date to delivery which was ideal, got a call of when it was coming and when it arrived, we helped the driver unload everything. Nothing was damaged during the unloading, we moved the cars out of the drive anyway, and it was a really easy process.

Our back garden is now complete of it's 1st most important stage of this project - levelling! we had a bit of a useless sloped garden that is now levelled and we are so pleased with how everything looks! and when we come to finishing it off during the 2nd stage, we won't hesitate to come to simply sleepers again (delivery should be easier now with one of the main roads from L Lydbrook being open again) :D.

Spoke to Connor on the phone as I was struggling to order rsj sleeper posts online as it would not take my delivery address in Scotland. Connor sorted it all out in 5 mins. Ordered Friday, delivered Tuesday. Great driver, great product, great price.
I always research web suppliers and I was a little worried by lack of information on this company. But turns out they are sound. Highly recommend.

Ordered steel beams to install sleepers with. They were a fair bit cheaper than local suppliers.

They were very good on communication and kept me up to date. I got accurate stock info ahead of ordering and got my delivery at the time agreed. I was even able to get up to date info on the delivery from them on the day.

Only downsides are they have no address or phone number on their site (at least that o could find). I took a gamble in buying as I would not normally given that circumstance. This is the one thing I don’t like and is why I don’t rate them five stars because it leaves you as a buyer a little exposed. I used a credit card as that at least gives you a little bit of support.

It would be great if this firm would have the confidence to not hide behind the internet and publish an address and a working phone number on their site as it would make them more credible. I genuinely have no idea where they are based! However as said above, had no issues with the web chat option which was always picked up quickly.
