It's not often you shop online and are made to feel as if you are the ONLY customer they have! The lovely Lorna at customer services kept me up to date with my order, notified me of dispatch (one working day, and it was personalised) and even wished myself and my little boy Christopher (whom the gift was for) a merry christmas. I'll most certainly be back for other gifts if ever I need one for a birthday etc. Have a great christmas everyone at Simply Wooden Gifts.

What a great range of personalised gifts this site has. My wife and I were needing something for a neighbour's little girl, who was celebrating her 1st birthday. We settled on a clock which we personalised with Jessie's name. It was sent to Ireland, but still only took 5 working days to reach us from the date of order. Great gifts and great service. Needless to say we'll be back.

I ordered a Name Frame from Simply Wooden Gifts for my nephews Christening. They are handmade and have the child's name as well as a personal dedication. All their gifts are personalised so there are loads to choose from. When it arrived I realised the name was wrong. My fault, as I gave them the wrong spelling in the first place!

I was in such a panic as the Christening was just a few days off. I contacted Simply Wooden Gifts and explained what happened. I thought I would have to pay for the gift again, as it was personalised. But not only did they get a new one made for me - free of charge - they even paid for a courier service to get it to me on time!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If only every online company cared for their customers as much. Thank you again SWG - I will certainly be shopping with you again.
