I ordered a helmet and was advised it would be delivered the next day. We patiently waited for 2 days and still nothing received so I then chatted to someone who said the helmet was not in stock. Why nobody had contacted me to advise this I have no idea just very poor customer service. I needed the helmet urgently so had to accept the one they had in stock. But no apology no money off or good will gesture for their mistake and nearly having to miss racing. Never again will I use these.
