Sinai Hospital is enabling Puerto…

Sinai Hospital is enabling Puerto pelicans’ abusing the systems at the cost of US tax paying citizens; PRCC should be held for liable for $7500. US Supreme court held Puerto Ricans in Puerto Rico do not have rights for SSI disability benefits because they don’t pay federal tax.

A Puerto Rican tenant has been working in Illinois, while collecting disability benefits for her two children. She has been collecting over $5,000 from the US Government. She drives a nice car and owns expensive (Paris Hilton’s) pet dogs; she has money market accounts.
She’s been living in 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in double lot for 3 years without paying rents for 3 years.
She did not lose her job nor her children’s SSI benefits have been reduced, but Yesenia Escobedo
of Sinai hospital applied government rental assistance during Covid. This Covid rental assistance is only for people who lost job or income is reduced. The tenant’s income has not reduced at all, but Yesenia Escobedo of Sinai Hospital defrauded government.

Further, she has 5-6 credit card debt judgments in past 2 years.

She has never paid rents to me, and the judge signed eviction order for non-payments. I told her to call in the hearing but she refused. She has been ignoring all her court cases, but switch bank account. It’s been more than a month that I paid sheriffs for eviction. Sinai Hospital fraudulently told Cook County Sheriff and Cook County Social Service that they are social workers (which is lie) and both children are disabled. It is hard to believe a female teen-aged person is disabled, physically or mentally. She absolutely had no sign of disability, physically, mentally, emotionally.

Sinai Hospital ’s responsibility is to find emergency shelter for homeless people. This case, the tenant is making more than $6,000 a month; she has not paid rents for 3 years; she has had ample opportunity to move out or find a different place for past 3 years, past 6 months at least. She doesn’t want to move out because she enjoys rent-free 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in double lot. Sinai Hospital fraudulently lied to Cook County Sheriff and Cook County Social Service as if they are social workers, and delays eviction for no reason.
