DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I purchased a Skin Scanner machine from this company. I paid over $2,000 for the machine. The first one arrived completely broken. They tried to ‘talk’ me through fixing it over the phone!!!!! That didn’t work. EVENTUALLY they agreed to replace it. I had to send the broken one back and that was an administrative nightmare as it was going back to China and it was very large. Got the ‘working’ one eventually and then ZERO training. They sent a rubbish substandard ‘user manual’. At a push, they agreed to Skype calls/training. ABSOLUTELY dreadful. They cancelled last minute, the trainer had no English, awful waste of time and money. We have never used the machine and will NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I urge you not to do so either. DREADFUL DREADFUL DREADFUL.
