Don t make promises to vlients that can t be delivered as it made a difference to the overall experience of buying the car of choice

Patient and helpful sales team
Sales team are very patient and knowledgeable. Connor was available for questions but not at all pushy. The team have also contacted me since to check all is well with my vehicle and make themselves available should any queries arise on my part.

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Made the process very easy. When collecting the car though it would be nice to have a gift to mark the occasion. I’ve purchased other cars and there has always been a welcome gift. Carwyn though was very helpful throughout!
