After choosing to buy an all electric we were in our own.
After choosing to buy an all electric car from these people was a pleasant experience to start.
In completion of the deal and walking out to our used EQB 250+.
A session on how the screen worked was more important than showing us how to actually plug up the car and charge it. Only 60% battery was on the car for our 1.15hr drive home.
So we were completely on our own from then on. Also we were told there was only one key but was reassured as it was a ex demo car the key was at the Bridgend garage. So another setback.
9 weeks we had to wait for he 2nd key to materialise after god knows how many inquiries from our part. Kaine who we purchased from never rang us once to see how we were getting in with the car and when we had to return to the garage to have to new key coded he never came to ask anything.
So from this experience we will not be returning to the Cardiff garage again.

If anyone is considering buying a BYD, this place is a perfect choice. I bought my Seal U here and am highly impressed by the customer service standards. Carwyn was very polite and knowledgeable – he willingly and thoroughly answered every single question I had. I also highly appreciate that the test drive took place on the very first day of my visit. The vehicle delivery went without any surprises: the car was perfectly prepared, sparkling clean, fully charged, and exactly as described in the contract. Five stars!

Good staff are everything!
Conner had the patience of a saint. He took us through the process of buying our beautiful ATTO 2 seamlessly, from showing us how to start the car in the first place and talked us through the whole process. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Quick delivery of the car, awesome pricing for the add-on services. Adam was super helpful and candid about suitable services given our requirements.
We also got a very good pricing which enabled us to upgrade from base model to top of the line.
