VW polo r-line purchased at Port Talbot branch
We found a Polo r-line at VW Sinclairs port talbot. Arranged to see it and were happy with the car thereafter. Unfortunately the car had a small issue which needed rectifying, obviously this put some doubt in our mind about the car.
After then dealing with Nick from this point on, his customer service was great, keeping us informed and ensuring us the car will be ready for us. Subsequently, we purchased the car and were very pleased with Sinclairs service.

We were based in Cornwall and they were based in Port Talbot and once a deal had been agreed on the telephone we went to Port Talbot to test drive the vehicle in order to seal the deal. The car was ready for us when we arrived and we took it away with us after a detailed hand over

We then test drove a vehicle. Having owned VW cars previously ,everything new was clearly explained and demonstrated .We then negotiated a price to change and an agreement was made for a suitable collection day👍

Bought brand new car
Bought brand new car , staff all First Class .. however , car was faulty at pick up point ( switch replacement required) ..No spare …So I got to take the car home Monday… returned it Wed .. still no spare , car still with Sinclair and NO TIMETABLE yet upon return 🤷♂️.. Bank Holiday trip to Scotland to show family my new pride & joy cancelled… My confidence in VW and Sinclair quality management system somewhat shaken .. Not the fault of Sinclair customer facing staff BUT I’m NOT happy customer ( JDG Ammanford)
