First and last purchase Sinclair van centre Cardiff
Forgot to place my order so in turn my multivan was delivered 6 months later than planned, The staff appear to change constantly and no handover so in turn this left me having to constantly chase them to find out what was happening and run through the same questions again and again.
Never felt that they valued the purchase I just felt the issues were more an inconvenience . When you are spending thousands on a new vehicle you expect some kind of customer service but not even a sorry for the inconvenience!
2 star is just for Lee who delivered the vehicle and ran through everything Otherwise it would have been 0

We would highly recommend Sinclair VW. From the first time we walked in their showroom to look for a new vehicle we experienced a warm welcome, excellent customer service from a knowledgeable team without feeling pressured.
We took a number of vehicles out for a test drive and nothing was too much trouble.
Once we had decided on our new vehicle the purchase process was great and efficient! Huge thanks to Jon and his team for helping us find our new van!
