Cancelled my contract with no notice, impossible to communicate with
- I set up a contract in the website for a takeover (there is gas supply in the apartment, but it's off atm.)
- Received an email with a contract, saying that the gas will be switched on in December, mind you we're in October and I a need gas for heating and hot water
- I called customer service to ask if this is for real. Agent was unable to provide any information. Promised a callback. I asked that that callback is in english
- No callback. I got a email after three working days and a weekend, saying that it is not possible to have someone call me and talk to me in english
- I checked in my account on their website for the status of the installation, and my whole contract is cancelled. I never got any notification, an email, a call or any explanation as to why.
