Seems like I am not the only one who hasnt received their order despite them taking the money onthe day it was placed which was 24 days ago.customer service is awful and they dont reply.i dont know how companies like this survive .Either send the goods or refund me.At least have the decency to contact the customers who ,like me,ask where their good are.

I placed an order 14 days ago. I was also told about warehouse reorganisation and my order was in pick and pack but days on and still no update. Not very professional business practice.

Brilliant quality and good standard of delivery time always great value for money

Been over 12 days since I placed an order and still no update from them.

Got a reply a few days ago saying they changed their warehouse and their warehouse is almost ready so my order will be shipped out soon but till now no news and still chasing them for my order.

I've had a couple of things from here that have been not quite what the picture lead me to believe, but on the whole I've been really pleased. The stuff always arrives as ordered, and most of the clothes I have bought are just awesome for the price.

12 days since ordering order still not fulfilled state delivery time 3/7 days PayPal refunded excuse was warehouse being changed and order was in pick and pack 6 days later still no order !!!

Extremely Disappointed, most of the items have not tags and some cut from the top, also missing one item, tried calling the number which dials twice then cuts off

New customer to SP, I have had two orders from them in the last month which were excellent, my only criticism which would have gotten them 5 stars..... please please consider putting leg lengths on trousers, myself and my daughters are tall, it puts me off buying in case they are too short! Will definitely shop with them again x

I am very disappointed with this site my things never came and still have not had my refund after 4 days be careful if you order off here I think it is a scam

Disappointed with the sizes
I wear UK 10-12 sizes and ordered all medium but they are all 8-10 which is not the medium at all.
One of the top smell horrible feels like it's been in a goat farm or something...
Delivery is £7 so returning on my own expense is just loss of more money.
Not recommended.

I have just received my items, which were great. I even received some jewelry as a thank you- a very nice gesture.

got 2 tops there not fit 2 give a charity shop look worse than second hand only came in grey dispatch bag full of cotton ends really bad condition NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN & I buy alot of stuff from e5p which are great quality products such a shame CAROLYN

They said I would be refunded within 48 hours for missing item in my order, two weeks later still no refund. Now I've had to chase them up. Don't recommend

Very good website for someone who doesn't want to spent hundreds of coins for clothes. I love their sale!!! Clothes are good or very good quality.
