Hold da op en gang svindel

Jeg har købt Singstar Party Pack med gratis download af Singstar og 20 sange. Jeg kan bare ikke hente de sange eller nogen andre sange for den sags skyld. Jeg har købt et helt ubrugeligt "spil"....

Efter at have googlet lidt, kan jeg se, at der er masser af mennesker, der er blevet snydt i flere lande: Danmark, Sverige, Finland, England.

Support svarer ikke på, hvorfor deres såkaldte voucher ikke virker. Hvis der kommer et svar, er det standardsvaret med at installere på ny??? Der er åbenbart ingen løsning på vej til alle de mennesker, de har snydt og bondefanget med disse vouchere. DET ER FOR DÅRLIGT.

De første problemer af denne art ligger helt tilbage til 2011.
