It started with us spontaneously buying a painting and only noticing afterwards that it was too large for the wall intended. Cancellation of the purchase was no problem an we had a full refund. Then we decided to commission the artist with making a second painting, this time to size. (As it was smaller than the original, the price actually dropped too!) The first version of this second painting introduced several changes to the original we did not like just as much as that. So a second version of the recomission was produced, then framed and - after finding the re-schedule button on the DHL express website - delivered as desired. All this in the context of very friendly and always entirely helpful communication with or through Singulart. And of course the painting: it's wonderful! The little image from the web turned big and quietly shining on our wall. Exactly what we had hoped for, or actually even more than that. So neat.

Exceptional approach and support from Singulart! They go the extra mile to serve clients, artists, and the community alike. Personable and genuinely human in every interaction—for example, Ms Natalia Franco, whose support was a godsend during a difficult time for me. She stepped in and resolved the issue in no time!

Very easy seamless process

It arrived so quickly and in perfect condition. I love it. Everyone I dealt with was lovely. I finally own a Moretti piece!

The best part is, I am not doing anything about marketing and finding the right buyers for my work. That does so much of the heavy lifting and the Singulart team does a great job with it. Also, uploading an artwork is way easier and convenient on Singulart than on some other sites. I like that a lot too.

I truly appreciate the recent sales of my artworks on the platform and the smooth collaboration with your team.

In 2026 alone, several works from my “Reflection” series have already been sold through Singulart, and I’m happy to see that my work is resonating with collectors on the platform.

As a professional artist with nearly 20 years of practice, regular international exhibitions and collaborations, I continue to actively develop my career through fairs, gallery projects, and institutional visibility — including projects connected to Kunstpalast Düsseldorf and other professional art platforms.

In the past, I had access to a discounted Platinum subscription, which was very helpful for developing my presence on Singulart. Since returning to the basic plan, I’ve noticed the limitations in visibility and platform tools.

I would therefore like to ask whether it would be possible to offer me a discounted Platinum subscription again.
Unfortunately, the regular full price is currently not a suitable option for me, especially considering the many parallel professional projects and exhibition expenses I am managing.

I would be very happy to continue and strengthen our collaboration under these conditions.

Overall, I evaluate the shipping experience positively. However, I have experience shipping artworks for other galleries as well and would like to share a few suggestions.
In my opinion, the shipping information could be more detailed right from the start. This would definitely shorten the preparation time for the shipment. For example, it would be helpful to know upfront that the Certificate of Authenticity can be printed directly from the artist's profile.

I have been working with Singulart for several years, and overall my experience has been positive. In my opinion, if an artist is ready to work consistently, upload new artworks regularly, communicate professionally with collectors, and stay active on the platform, real success is possible here.

Of course, the commission is high, the subscription is not cheap, and artists also have to consider VAT expenses. However, despite this, artworks do sell, and the platform gives access to an international audience of collectors that would be difficult to reach independently.

The sales team is excellent and works hard to connect artists with collectors worldwide. I also appreciate the support team — they are polite, responsive, and helpful whenever questions arise.

What I especially value is the international exposure and the opportunity to work with clients from many different countries. Like any serious marketplace, results require patience and continuous effort, but for dedicated artists Singulart can become a valuable long-term partnership.
