I made an order two months ago, and it took a long time to receive it but it generally went well. The retinol anti-aging cream in specific is a great product. I recently made another order because I wanted to try more of their products, and I waited for three weeks for the company to ship me my order, sent them three emails and three messages on WhatsApp until they finally replied that they didn’t ship to my country, despite the fact that they had delivered to my country just two months ago. The communication was not clear and very slow. And if I hadn’t followed up on my order, I would have lost my money and never received my order.

I sent products back on 07.06.2023 and until now I did not receive a refund. Company is saying they have a problem with their system. I am wondering if I ever going to get my money back. This is ABSOLUTELY frustrating!

My order SIN80583 hasn’t arrived yet and I ordered 2. June. Witch is longer than usual. When will the package arrive?

I love the cleansing gel. I can take all my make up off with this product. My face looks really clean after using it. It also doesn’t dry my face out.

What I also like is the no:16 miracle oil. My skin glows after using it. It also helped me to get a tan! You can use this product for your face, body and hair. It’s very hydrating.

I really love Sinoz! My friends are a fan of the products too. My friends and I will buy more products in the future.

My whole skincare routine includes Sinoz products! I’m so so so happy I found this brand. I’ve had a very dry skin my whole life and now my skin is hydrated and gets the love and treatment it deserves. And for a good price!! I’m in love with Sinoz.

The products helped me with darks spots (vitamin c serum + blemish cream) and the eye contour cream&clay mask do what they say they do so i am very happy

I bought the products and they were 1/3 missing liquid and I got back to the shop to ask to help but they said they couldn’t do anything about it.
So I asked for the refund back and they didn’t even give me the full amount because they couldn’t find the receipt the employee kept at the beginning when I came back and buy more.
Will never forget it , such a waste of time and money.

They did not gave me all the refund back, as I was trying to explain to your colleague yesterday.
There is still a part of the money missing from the previous purchase since they just gave me the refund from the second purchase.

Thanks to Melissa that sorted out the problem and gave me the remaining refund.
