Absolutely PANTS, forced to use this this with an agency called randstad, who employ workers at mondelez ( caburys ) in Bournville Birmingham. Seems certain people get what work they want and others like myself get none. Every job is gone for the week by time it reaches my phone. They expect you to drop family life at the last minute if they send it to you only so they expect you to be awake 24hrs. Can't plan the week with work. Serious issues with getting work on this app unless you are a favourite and sent to them first, tried contacting the help by email and they just ignored you. Have put reviews on different sites and they have them removed. Very poor app and no help.......DO NOT USE.

A great product!

As an experienced staffing industry leader the greatest challenge for my operation was how could improve efficiency and better manage our workforce in this ever more challenging space. With countless shift patterns, multiple job roles, numerous locations, adhering to countless pay, legislative and compliance rules whilst having full visibility of who your truly available workers are. We needed a new way yo search, match and warn of potential issues whether they were compliance, legal or skills related.

This is where Sirenum came in, I have never seen such a detailed solution to these challenges especially one that provides enough flexibility to deal with all the complexities of pay and legislation we have in our industry.

The above alone is enough to have a serious impact on how we operate, although, it barely even scratches the surface of Sirenum's capabilities. The Geo Location functionality is a serious game changer, who in the staffing industry wouldn't want the ability to see where they may have an issue before it occurred?

Through their candidate app you can directly engage with your workforce allowing them to provide you with invaluable information and change the way in which we as an industry gather time and attendance data.

The Sirenum team have been a delight to work with, challenging our perceived needs where required, giving us the solution we needed, not the one we initially thought we wanted. A truly engaging experience from a team of thorough professionals.

As a client of Sirenum for over 4 years, I didn't find a scheduler software solution that covers so many things as Sirenum does.

We are using Sirenum mainly as a scheduling system but also for payroll and the speed that our consultants caught the system with little training was impressive. We think it's a very intuitive system.

We are very pleased with the quickness of their support and especially their releases that normally bring new exciting features to help our business.

The support the team received during the RFP, implementation, pilot and post go live was second to none. Sirenum was always a phone call or an email away and dealt with issues with the appropriate amount of urgency as was required

In my opinion, nothing comes close to Sirenum and we will be in partnership for the foreseeable future.

We have been extremely disappointed with Sirenum's service over the past year, which used to be exceptional.

Any request we had made recently has been met with delays and false promises. In those few instances when we were able to get more than the most basic support, it had to be done with threats.

The yearly price increases don't help, either.

I will be looking for alternatives once our contract is up.
