I can’t recommend this brand enough. The clothes are always such high quality and look beautiful on! I recently had an order which was slightly delayed in the shipping process and the customer service team were so helpful and friendly. They escalated my issue and got it resolved without any issue.

Wonderful clothing cut and quality, and customer service to match.
I ordered a few dresses in multiple sizes, some which suited my frame, while others were lovely, though a pass for me.
I decided to keep two and return the rest. As the return was over £450, I went through contacting the team to get a prepaid label.
I had to split my return in two, however, even that didn’t come across as a hassle thanks to Anna’s attentiveness. She went above and beyond in putting through the return on my behalf, and checked-in with me at all stages of the return.
I am happy with the two dresses I added to my already existing SJ collection which I’d gotten in person before, but I am happy to say I’ll confidently purchase items online as well.
While other brands replace their staff with AI in order to cut costs, it is nice to see SJ invest in their brand all around.

Absolutely love this brand & have done for years. But after recently experiencing trouble with the delivery of a return to them they couldn’t have been more wonderful at helping and understanding something that was outside of my control. (Was at the fault of Royal Mail, not the brand)
They not only responded in a very friendly and understanding manor, they went out of their way to check in on me personally during the process & keep in touch. Can’t think of another brand that would act so lovely. When it was sorted they sent the refund within 24 hours & again kept me fully updated on everything. Will be shopping with them again many times!

It was terrible. They sent me other sizes than I wanted . I received my parcel a week later than their record said. Then you are only allowed to return the parcel within 2 weeks (in my case 1 week). After that you will have to keep the garments even though the sizes were wrong. Even though the design is nice, buying their clothes is a big mistake.

I made an order with SJ on multiple items, unfortunately a few items didn’t fit so I requested a refund. The brand refused my refund due to making payment on a business card which is totally normal for customers to do as this is an active account. When getting in touch with customer service I was shut down with no help whatsoever and told there was nothing they could do because I paid on a business card. Nobody will sit there reading through a websites t’c & c’s before purchasing, there is a consumer expectation that any product that doesn’t fit you are entitled to a refund. I’m now left with £500 pounds of clothing I’m unable to refund due to paying on a different account I usually would have. Would recommend NOT shopping online with this retailer.
