Poor service and terrible products
I ordered some orthopaedic shoes from sistrow specifically to avoid bending to pull them on. The backs were meant to be designed to allow easy slip on. When they came the backs crumpled when I tried to put them on. I asked for a refund and was told to keep them and they would send a bigger pair for an additional £6.50. I again stipulated I just wanted a refund and was told I had to send them back to China and if they were not to their specifications I would not receive any refund at all. They have an address in London but I was told I couldn't send them there. To have to return an item to China is absolutely disgusting customer service. Terrible products and terrible customer service spa wide of this company!
