The manager rang the day before to advise the utility I requested had not been returned by the expected time. He rang early the next morning to advise it was available. This I considered very good service. It was exactly what I required for the clean up job. The price was good and pickup and return very quick

Rented a Mini Convertible..car was ready, clean and the Sixt associate met me at the car to assist with language and phone connection.

My experience with Sixt was amazing! The staff were friendly and the car was extremely nice. The app is easy to use and book my car. I had to check-in at the counter versus going straight to the car but the line was quick and I was in and out in no time. I would highly recommend Sixt! The car quality is much better than other rental companies.

Everything was good until the return. The agents at Intercontinental Miami ignored us for 10 minutes then got all mad because we had reported additional damage on the app before we took the car. Said it made their job harder.

Rented a brand new BMW X3 in Hawaii during our 9 day vacation, which was no only fun to drive but very comfortable with tons of baggage space. It was a pleasure driving it around the island and made our vacation even more enjoyable. Appreciate the fast pick-up and drop-off at HNL Airport as well as the helpful staff who were always there to assist if needed. Will definitely rent again from SIXT on future trips.

Rented a midsized SUV at Palm Springs Airport. Unavailable so they upgraded us to full size. Fast, easy check-in and after hours drop off. Our agent Jen was fantastic. First time renting from Sixt, would def rent again!

Staff were very friendly and super helpful. The car (Subaru Outback, which I was not expecting) exceeded my expectations, and I actually took it for a pleasure drive (normally driving for me is just to get from A to B). Deposit was refunded within a few days. Will definitely prioritize this vehicle rental company in future!

This was the second rent and both have been exceptional. I was very skeptical of a company I’ve never used for a rental car but now we have and glad of it. Everything from reservation to return was easy. The few people we encountered were very nice. Cars have all been in excellent condition.

I was concerned because most of the car rental places didn’t have great reviews especially the ones with good deals. I picked this place because it had a competitive price. I picked up my car from the Orlando airport. My experience was a positive one. The office is in the airport, short line, easy pick up and easy return.
The car was clean and modern. I paid what I signed up for. I didn’t buy the extra insurance. Paid my tolls via machine at the airport prior and I filled up my own gas tank before returning. So i definitely recommend Sixt based on my experience.

Pickup and drop off was fast and easy, no wait line at the airport. Excellent customer service, we were happy with the coverage provided. Would use again and highly recommend this company!

Requested car was not available. Insurance charge for extra charge too high for a 2nd driver. $14.95/day for 9 days. If you rent 3 individual days, you get free insurance for a 2nd driver.

Aaliyah listened to my concerns and explain to me clearly about policy in which I understood completely. She also understood me being the customer was asking for SIXT to show some grace because of the situation and I was completely satisfied after talking with Mrs. Collins. Great job team SIXT

I know it’s possible to find better rates in some other small companies but
I prefer to rent from a serious company. You will not find a company that its service is so high. I did have in some rentals small issues but immediately they took responsibility and helped.
Avoid headaches. Have a great journey

We rented a car for 2 weeks in France - the overall experience was excellent. Both pickup and dropoff were handled competently and quickly by very friendly staffers. The car was in good shape, clean, and efficient. The costs were laid out clearly upfront and there were no hidden charges.

First time user. Very happy with the vehicle. We didn’t do a walk around to see any damage … made me worried. There was a something on the driver’s door… which the agent opened for me…. No way to notice! So in the end nothing was said and I left it alone. The process was easy … and I’ll use the company again!

The people (Alex in particular) at the Orlando international Air Port, were amazingly gracious and helpful. I made a mistake when I booked the reservation, but they were kind and helped fix the problem.
Great service all the way around.
