Could never actually get in my room

Phone/door key didn’t work. They came up and verified it was the door not me. Couldn’t fix it right away, they have no keys and no extra rooms. So asked me to call them when I was at the door and they’d unlock it from the desk. Except they never answer the phone. Never.
Can’t register if you book through Expedia or whatever and they have no staff.
I’d give it a zero if I could

No Return Label

Everything went okay until I needed to return what I’d ordered. I should have done some research prior to ordering from here but if you need to return something they will not provide you with a return label, you will have to pay it out of your own pocket.

Happy me!

Everything came. Good quality. Had a problem with retour but that was because of a foult of mine. And the customer service was great!

Bad quality

I had a good experience with the customerservice when I ordered an item that wasn’t available anymore.
But when I received my items, the quality was bad. After washing the jogger and sweater once, the fabric became already damaged.

Poor quality

Site has no sizing guide, has selective reviews pretty much only showing good reviews, ordered a pair of 70e pants and once they came they were extremely thin, pretty small, the material feels really cheap too, nothing premium about this brand.

Bought a bralet from this brand via asos terrible wouldnt fit around my boobs and the size was 4XL only just fitted around my back awful wouldnt buy again

Bad conditions and terrible customer service

I ordered an item 3 months ago, a couple of days ago I saw there was a hole in the trousers and on a lot of spots I found cotton balls. I’ve made some pictures and sended them to the customer service.

They told me I had the guarantee of a month after the purchase and only offered me a voucher of €10,-.

Bad service and bad conditions.
If I would order again, and my advice is to order it at partner stores with better service

DO NOT ORDER - SCAM.

Like others have said, avoid ordering from this company. The customer service is non existent and completely devoid of responsibility.

I ordered an item which was delivered to an incorrect and they wanted a copy of my passport to "investigate". How ridiculous is it that they are asking for copies of passports from foreign nationals to investigate missing 50 EUR packages?

Never buy from them, regardless of whichever marketplace they are on.

Awful company

Awful company. My first and last ever purchase from them.
First of all they admitted that they sent me a defective item with a hole. But said as the hole is small it's not worthy of a refund. Then they tried to say I didn't send the belt which I did not receive in the first place . Very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs

Terrible!

Terrible!! Order delayed by weeks, poor customer service and then charger an extra £39 to get the item through customs!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

Refund issues and damaged item

I ordered a coat from here and a week later still had no dispatch email. I reached out to the company asking about this only for them to say that they had only just realized the item was no longer in stock- what would have happened if I had not emailed? They later said one has been found in stock and if i reordered i would get 30% off. The 30% off code i was given did not work, so i was told if i ordered without the code they would refund this to me. Once ordered, they said that i could not have the 30% off as the item was in the sale, the same as it was the first time i placed the order- this should have been checked before offering the 30% off as it was never said to me this code was invalaid if the item was sale! i recieved the coat a few days ago and it is covered in what looks like toothpaste stains and all customer services have to say is send it back. honestly their customer services are no help at all and do not care about their customers experience, only their money! Based on my experince, i wouldnt reccomded shopping with Sixth June... at all. I am an avid online shopper and never leave reviews but I felt compelled to share this experience as it is the worst shopping and customer service experience i have had!
