Slechte service

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met de klantenservice.

Voor een reparatie van mijn Jura E8 heb ik meerdere keren moeten bellen en e-mailen voordat ik überhaupt een reactie kreeg. Op 9 mei werd mij toegezegd dat ik een verzendlabel zou ontvangen zodat de machine kon worden opgestuurd voor reparatie. Dit label heb ik echter nooit ontvangen.

Ondanks herhaald contact bleef een passende opvolging uit, waardoor ik uiteindelijk zelf naar een oplossing moest zoeken. Uiteindelijk heb ik rechtstreeks contact opgenomen met Jura Nederland. Daar werd de machine snel opgehaald, gerepareerd en binnen drie dagen weer terugbezorgd.

Het verschil in service en klantgerichtheid was enorm. Jammer dat ik als klant zoveel moeite heb moeten doen en dat de oplossing uiteindelijk volledig buiten deze organisatie om tot stand is gekomen.
