Ordered fist time from here unfortunately had to return for a replacements in a different size I returned the very next day and received my replacements in quick time superb experience with the after sales .would definitely recommend quality garments will shop again

​The Not-So-Good:
The only "red flag" here is the customer service. I reached out with a serious inquiry regarding my order and received a very half-hearted, dismissive response. It felt like the representative was just ticking a box rather than actually trying to help or listening to my concern.

I made my first order with Ska and Soul.

It arrived promptly but was a bit snug on the shoulders even though it was you'll size large.

After sending ut back I recruved my replacement within 3 days.

Their customer service was excellent and Rib was happy to communicate through the process of the return..

Very happy with my purchase snd will be ba k for more pieces.

What a fantastic company and service. Ordered a large ( too small ) coat and shirt. Returned and emailed Rob. Shirt out of stock in size so refunded and XL coat sent straight away as soon as return received. A1 service cannot fault. Will be ordering again as top quality goods. Superb communication.

Having previously purchased from ska & soul without issue.I recently purchased a pair of jeans which said they would have a 14 inch hem but actually had 16inch I felt these were too big around my shoes.all I was told I should have known the hem would be bigger if the waist was larger than 32 inches.also I got a 2 xl top which was extremely tight even though all other tops I’ve gotten from them all fit ok even the ones that are just large.this has cost me a further £6.90 to return and it’s my fault that both items are not suitable.

What a top seller, I purchased a couple of items. Initially I sent a few emails enquiring about it, which Rob responded to within 10 minutes of each email. I ordered a couple of items, they arrived with 48hrs. Packaged well. Sadly there was a small issue with one of the items. However the way Rob dealt with this matter was fantastic. A real honest trader. Which is why I will definitely be purchasing from Ska and Soul again and would recommend them without any hesitation.

Just bought dark brown bullit shoes, they are fantastic, quality, fit very well, although I am a 10.5 size, I decided to go for a 10, not a problem, very supple !
The price is really good value.
I might order another colour...

five star service , their sizing guide is really helpful as in a lot of cases XL XXL etc depends on designer so can vary , but they gave a good size guide chart on each clothing item which minimises returns
I ordered two Trojan t shirts, was so impressed I immediately order another two. and they turned up the next day ..I am well impressed and will be using ska and soul as my online clothing go to

Absolutely first rate! I cannot fault Skaandsoul.com at all. Every purchase has arrived earlier than I expected. I am sitting here at 8am with the item I purchased online yesterday in my hand.

I highly recommend this company. A great selection of Mod and Ska clothing and there's usually a great bargain to be found. With free UK delivery on items, it's a wonder they actually make any money, are they just in business for the love of Ska and Soul? Anyway I am not complaining. I will definitely be purchasing more items from them in the future!

Perfect experience. Not only is the quality of the garments fantastic, the price was incredibly reasonable and it was sent so quickly it was with me less than 48 hours after I've ordered it. I made a little mistake when writing my address and they were quick to get in touch and correct it. Recommended!

Ordered a polo shirt, jeans, and multiple pieces of knitwear, all arrived promptly and exactly as described.

It's excellent quality authentic clothing. The same goes for the Del Junction footwear I ordered, which are still in immaculate condition despite being worn regularly.

Would definitely return.

It was lockdown time. C19 was casting a grey cloud across the world and there was little to smile about. Work was not coming in, pubs were closed, I couldn't even get a date!

Then landed a new client so I decided to treat myself to some new duds from Ska & Soul. I didn't expect them to arrive so quicky but from the North of England to Cambodia took only 19 days!! And that's with being stuck in Singapore for 12 days.

Throughout the process, from ordering to delivery, Robert @ Ska & Soul was great. Answered initial queries and even contacted FedEx for me to see if we could get a delivery date.

5 well-deserved stars! I will be back for more!
