I live in Scotland. So other than a week long shipping time I can't complain and even at that, my board came in pristine condition. I would absolutely buy from Skate deluxe again. 5* A+

Excellent customer service after an order issue
I ordered a Patagonia Isthmus Parka, but the jacket I received was a newer version and did not match the product photos shown on the website.
I contacted Skatedeluxe, and their support team handled the issue promptly and very well. Thank you to Robert for being so helpful, polite, clear and quick to respond throughout.
They found and reserved the correct version for me, arranged a free DHL return, confirmed the replacement, and agreed to apply a goodwill discount to the current order once I receive the correct jacket and confirm I am keeping it.
Mistakes can happen, but the way a company deals with them really matters. In this case, the support has been excellent so far.
Based on my experience with their customer service, I would be happy to buy from Skatedeluxe again!

I recently purchased a pair of Nike SB sneakers from Skatedeluxe and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I placed my order, the communication was excellent — quick responses to my questions and clear updates throughout the process.
The shoes arrived super fast (much quicker than expected), well-packaged, and in perfect condition. Everything was exactly as described on the site. Skatedeluxe has definitely become my new go-to online store for kicks. Great selection, reliable service, and real passion for skate/sneaker culture.

Wrong size, perfect service.
I ordered a pair of jeans following the size chart, but the size was way too big for me when it arrived. Without any problem they let me send them back and refund me, so I purchased my actual size and got very happy for it.

Good price on the North Face parka I wanted, and the website was easy to use. The only negative was that they use DHL for deliveries. DHL has a poor reputation on Trustpilot, and my experience unfortunately lived up to it. If the choice of courier matters to you, you may prefer to buy from a retailer that uses a more reliable delivery service.
