Although our order wasn’t completed due…

Although our order wasn’t completed due to low stock, Meg has made sure we have been satisfied with everything.

Many options were available on how to complete our order which was a nice touch. We will be using Skatehut again.

Very quick delivery!

Very quick delivery!

Initially I did not receive a conformation email (my own fault), so upon contacting the Skatehut team, Meg promptly replied and advised with the progress of my delivery, with the correct tracking information and all that I needed to see that my order was on the way.

Quick service and the problem was resolved quickly.

Top customer care from Meg at Skatehut

The customer service representative MEG was what made it, she was friendly, understanding, caring and resolved my issues very quickly and that made my whole experience much better, made me feel they cared and because of Meg I will use Skatehut again

Awful

Awful. Item not dispatched and their phone line is cut off. No replies to any emails. I have opened a case with Barclaycard to get a refund.
Please don't waste your time or money with this outfit

It took almost a month to get a…

It took almost a month to get a response about my missing order, and by the time I received a reply, I was no longer at the delivery address and had to cancel. However, Meg, who got in touch with me, was very helpful and responded quickly. She explained the issue clearly and cancelled the order without any hassle when I asked. Thank you, Meg. You are the reason this isn't a one-star review.

Although my skates didn’t arrive on time, and due to suppliers delays they didn’t know when they’d arrive, Meg gave excellent customer service, answered promptly to my email and helped with my situation professionally and friendly

I have ordered from Skatehut several…

I have ordered from Skatehut several times and always had a great service. My most recent order did have a delay, however I was kept up to date with the order from Meg, who has been brilliant.

Skatehut refund

Although Skate hut were not able to fulfil my order, they offered me a full refund. Meg was especially courteous and efficient . Great job Meg ! She was responsive and helpful.

5 Star with suggested improvements

The initial ordering and speed of delivery was good. Unfortunately, the packaging and product arrived damaged. I reached out to SkateHut a few times and had no response over 9 days, so this is certainly an area that could be improved. That said, I did eventually get a response, and this point the service level increased dramatically. Meg was very helpful and resolved my issue very quickly. I had a mutually beneficial solution, ensuring both parties were satisfied. Thank you for your help Meg!

Delivery takes ages

its a shame that im still waiting on my order after more than a month but customer service were really nice and updated me about my order and even compensated for it.

Two months and still nothing..................

Placed an order on 21 April and only received one out of two items ordered, it took until 30 May for customer services to offer a refund as the item wasn't in stock and they couldn't confirm when it would be so offered a refund. 3 weeks have passed since then and still no sign of the refund.
AVOID
update 12 July - just had a letter from the Administrator, SkateHut will never deliver my order nor will I get a refund, Ce'st la Vie

16 days wait for a response

I was disappointed to wait 16 days for a customer service response when the automated message had said I would receive help within 48 hours failing that 72 hours. However when I finally did get contacted it was Meg who was helpful, warm and efficient in resolving my query.
