Everything good. Delivery outside the uUK way too expensive .. outside of this great experience.
Very efficient service from Bartlett, in on-line queries and in sending me my skis.
Everything is fine, quick delivery, perfect communication. I only have to say that shipping costs are very expensive.
Saved my holiday, items shipped really fast on guaranteed delivery as promised
Love Bartlett's so much. Super friendly and helpful, great stock available, and very knowledgeable on ski equipment
Fantastic service, always great prices and dispatches order promptly. Expertise is second to none in the UK
Great product selections, quick service, good updates re delivery
Uk based company with excellent stock selection and service. I bought a helmet which turned out to be the wrong thing so ordered a second one with next day delivery and returned the first one. The second helmet arrived the next morning, is just the right thing, and I got the refund for the first one 2 days later.
Excellent product range - had exactly what I needed at a good price!
Today was my first visit to Ski Bartlett and it won't be my last. I was made to feel very welcome both on the phone and during my visit. Terry took the time to talk through all the different products I was interested in, and I had quite a shopping list! My list of questions probably twice as long, but he still gave me the time and attention I needed! All the staff were really friendly, and the cup of tea was also perfect - thank you!
Although not all staff were fully knowledgeable, Chris I think it was, went above and beyond to help and make sure I got the correct product. Sadly it turned out that they didn’t have what I actually needed, but would definitely give them another chance in the future. Needed a 31 or 31.5 mondo ski boot. Sadly they only had 30’s or lower or a 32.5, which would have been just too big! Thank you though Ski Bartlett and the rest of the team.
