Ski Cab provided an excellent service not only offering a last minute transfer due to BA changing our flights but also accommodating an hours delay in our flights being there at the airport waiting for us on arrival. Great service, great price.

Excellent service throughout
Booking process was simple and efficient, driver met us at Grenoble airport on-time and journey was comfortable with a coffee break to break up journey during heavy traffic. Return journey was excellent as my wife had dislocated he knee, the driver was really helpful and carried suitcases with me while kids got into taxi, he also helped us at the airport. We left a pillow in the taxi and the driver found it and came to us in the chaos of Grenoble airport to return it off his own back. Great service, would not hesitate to use again.

We had a private pick up booked for 10am. Our flight was cancelled due to storms in the UK at 8am. At 8.11 (as soon as I knew my new flight time) i contacted both Skicab and the driver via text and the website to let them know and amend to a later time - the driver didnt reply or pick up. I later saw i had sent the driver the wrong booking reference by one digit, however it was correctly entered on my website amendment request and the skicab e mail responded correctly so the company was aware of my booking change request despite this.
Bertrand replied at 8.20 to say he couldnt change the booking but would try, I then heard nothing until I chased at 9am to be told I had to still take my transfer, despite my flight being almost 12 hours later.
The driver had clearly not left when i notified him 1h 50m prior - his phone rang whereas when i called again at 9.15 i had an automated message to say he was driving.
When I mentioned this to Bertrand he became rude, with a slight gender slur describing me as “the most unfair woman”. The driver later texted to say i sent him the wrong booking number, however given skicab also had my amendment request at 8.20 via the booking system i dont think this was the main issue.
Skicab could have easily amended my booking 1h50 in advance or at least agreed an amount to pay for the inconvenience in the event the driver was a small amount of the way there (even though there is no way a driver would have left 2h before), especially as i was still wanting to pay for a transfer later that day.
Instead they chose to ignore me for an hour and send a driver irrespective for a trip they 100% knew I would not be taking.
