The website is very user friendly, checkout is fast and easy. My order arrived well packaged and on time. The jacket I order for my husband is too tight across the shoulders and arms. I returned the jacket and received notification of a refund within 7 days. The only negative is the $30 it cost me to return a jacket

Website is super slow.when I had a item not arrive, I was responsible to try and get my money back through FedEx. Fed ex responded saying the shipper needed to apply for refund. 3 weeks later still don't have my money or the part i ordered.
