Had a very positive experience with this company. While most of my items arrived okay, two of the jugs were damaged. After sending photo evidence they made no hesitation to send out replacements, which came quickly.

It did take a while for the initial package to arrive, aka one month, so bare that in mind. However, considering some of the items were difficult to find in Denmark I would say the wait is worth it.

This is second time I have to wait for delivery more then 3 weeks where during ordering it says 6 -10 days. It seems is a pattern, if I knew I could order it from China.

I order 2 items with delivery time 3-5 and 6-10 days, it took almost 3 weeks to receive them. They just "lure" you in and they don't update their stock online.

I ordered two floor ventilators, and unfortunately, one of them made a loud squeaky noise when panning. I reported it, and now they have send me a new one, free of charge. Excellent service

The stock state is not updated but nice people will support you

I have ordered some stuff and apparently because a technical problem they have some of the items were out of stock. I am received an email later telling me what they lack from my order and when do they expect to receive them so I can make a choice of waiting or delivering the rest. Then the delivery was fast and the quality of items was good. 🙂

They would definetly need to improve their website, keep the stock state updated and invest more on a better UX and UI otherwise they are good.

I order TV holder and 15 days now I don't receive nothing. Iwould recommend it to anyone.

Just had to pay 150kr to return the things after many phone calls
,might be cheap but not worth the time or maybe you have better luck then I do that´s life

Had an issue with the item I ordered, they immediately gave me a return label the next day, and shipped a new item a few days after. Thanks for the reactivity :)

While ordering through portal, it was showing all item are in stock and will be shipped in 1-2 days. It's been 10 days since I have ordered and I have not received any response when my order will be shipped.

I would not recommend and would not shop from there again :(

Good customer service and prices. Highly recommend to everyone.

My order was estimated to ship 2 days ago. I have received no information about why the order is delayed and, quite honestly, am starting to doubt whether they will be able to deliver anything. It seems they do no communicate if items are out of stock when you order.

My laptop bag was scheduled to arrive 5 days after ordering it, but it didn't. The next day they notified me that there was a problem with my order. I wrote an email asking for more information and turns out I would need to wait 2 months until they receive my bag on stock (this information was not on their website). Even though their prices are good, the service in this case was terrible and I would not recommend ordering from them unless you want similar surprises.
