I will share with you my experience to make you are aware of the risks of engaging with this clinic. Aisha is still in training and does not have the skills or knowledge to handle treatments. I would recommend that you spend more time researching for increasing your chances of finding an expert elsewhere. She should also work on her communication skills because she does not understand the value of communication and customer service. The service lacks professionalism in multiple ways - treatments were rushed and lacked proper technique, the process is not explained, what you should be expecting as the treatment progresses, no continual after care instructions after session, insufficient appointment reminders and no tact in managing appointments.

Aisha is the best you will find out there. I have seen results after only 2 sessions. She is truly amazing at what she does. Highly recommend her to everyone. She is the perfect balance between professional and friendly. She will make sure you feel comfortable at all times. Trust me and book with aisha, that way you are guaranteed to see results. Aisha is lovely however it pains me to say that I haven’t had good results from the treatment.

I started my treatments at this studio before Covid and I had my last session this week (around 5 years with breaks). I definitely have less hair than when I started, but still have quite a lot of hair left on all of the areas treated.

When I did my research on laser treatment all literature mentioned that by far the biggest factor that determines the quality of the results of a laser treatment is the skill of the technician, I can now confirm this is true. I read up on how a technician is trained to use the laser, section areas, but I never observed any of these practices being put in place. I had the opportunity to experiment the effects of this on myself when one day I showed up and Aisha was off, so I was treated by another girl. That session hurt significantly more, but most importantly that was the only session from which I saw some visible results. I made sure to let Aisha know that I was very satisfied, but I was never treated by the other girl again.

The other girl had made sure to go at the correct speed and meticulously covered every spot of the area. Aisha instead goes at a much faster speed, and you can tell that she is missing large gaps between each “beep” of the laser. Yes, the Elysion Diode is made to be used fast (while in motion) , but not that way (I read the manual and watched the videos). Another difference between Aisha and the other technician was that Aisha gets uncomfortable if she notices that you are in pain (e.g just some heavy breathing, no scenes) and will “wrap up” and finish the area prematurely. For example on our last treatment she stopped working on an armpit after about 7 shots, which is technically impossible to have covered the area, given that the spot size of that machine is 1 square cm and the underarm is about 20square cm. After 5 years of treatment I still have approximately 90% of my armpit hair left. When the other technician did it she took a fair amount of time and methodically covered the area in what must have been 20 shots, which resulted in full hair loss for that hair cycle.

I highly recommend Skin Cosmedics. Very professional and friendly staff. I am extremely happy with my laser hair removal treatments and will continue with further treatments in the future. I have had awful experiences with different companies in the past and it is very rare these days to find places which you can say are trustworthy. I have recommended this place to my friend as I really like coming here and have never had any issues. Five stars from me x

There's something really dodgy about the price you pay for the laser hair removal at Skin Cosmedics. I believe it's at the expense of the effectiveness and quality of the laser because I invested £900 for nine sessions of full body and full face laser, while in other legitimate beauty clinics, I'd have to pay thousandS for the same amount of treatments. My sessions with Skin Cosmedics finished two months ago and what I can say is that I REGRET spending all this money and time (all sessions took me nearly a year) since I don't see any difference in comparison to my body hair previously to the laser treatment. I am STILL as hairy. My hairs grow even more than before in places where I would not even have that many hairs. This is due to the constant shaving I had to commit to for a year, which, as you probably know, makes your body hair worse over time and your skin - bumpy and uneven and causes ingrown hairs... I'm really disappointed. Aisha, who is the owner, is very good at talking you into getting a laser removal and saying that it'll eventually work out as long as you keep going and paying for the sessions, and blah, blah, but as someone who is hairy and has tried EVERY single method there is and knows the struggle with hair removal, I'd NOT recommend this salon. If you decide to give laser hair removal a go, try elsewhere where they don't sell such a normally expensive procedure for little money because there surely is something super dodgy about it. I have spoken to a few beauty specialists after this and they did confirm that there is no way nine sessions of full body laser could cost only £900 and that the laser lamps are either not replaced as they should be, so the laser basically does nothing, or something else in the equipment which would compensate for the unbelievably low price... just a big, BIG NO.

After Covid Pandemic I would had expected this Salon to keep hygiene standards and After Care treatment.
Nor just they do Not place paper towel on their treatment bed,
but they do Not apply a gel before they administer their Laser sessions and also they do Not apply soothing gel After Laser session.
It is unheard of to expect from their customers to bring with them their own Aloe Vera gel, and towel!

As they do not apply a gel when they administered their Elysium Laser on my leg, I have a burnt mark.
And before I visited them they did not tell me to bring my own soothing gel.
They told me that, only during our first meeting.
My husband is a doctor and he was appalled that this salon does not consider: Hygiene procedures and After Care treatment (as to apply a soothing gel After the treatment).

In addition they expect from their customers to put their own towel on a treatment bed that before them, they lied down other customers.
As this salon refuses to place a paper towel on a treatment bed.

I have been to many salons and ALL the salons apply a gel before they administered Laser sessions and also they apply Aloe Vera After their Laser sessions.
Of course it is natural the salons to place paper towel on a treatment bed, especially after Covid Pandemic.
But this salon refuses to do this, in order to save money.
I wonder if the.. good reviews are written from the salons owner friends and relatives!!

I had the pleasure of being examined by Dr Ross Perry last week and can say that my experience with him and his assistant has been extremely positive. Dr Perry knowledges are excellent, he is very professional and welcoming as well as his assistant. They were both very patient with me and extremely kind and careful to all details.
Prices are reasonable and the clinic in South Kensington is very nice. I would highly recommend this service if you are looking for a professional and caring team that will take care of your skin

I have only been for my consultation with Aisha but she made me feel so comfortable, gave me so much helpful information and I can’t wait to start my skin journey

I have just completed a 6 course treatment for Elysion Laser Hair Removal for my face. Skin Cosmedics has been brilliant with me from day 1. My 1st trip was for a facial; after seeing what a great difference it made, I decided to go for further treatment. Aisha is extremely professional and at the same time, a very warm and friendly person. The appointments felt more like quick catchups with a friend. Any concerns I had re covid quickly vanished; the place is always very clean and all necessary precautions are in place. The treatment has made a big difference to my confidence and my life in general. I'm already considering further treatment for other concerns and it will be Skin Cosmedics that I use again. I went to this clinic to address the concerns i had with my acne. I have tried numerous treatments and visited several clinics over the past few years. I then came across Skin Cosmedics, and had my initial consultation. I was so comfortable speaking to the the consultant and since my treatment has began I have seen the biggest difference to my skin. I would definitely recommend them.
