The most horrible store
The most horrible store. First, they delayed the delivery of the order. They demanded my ID (are they the police?). They thought that the PayPal was dumber than them. A week passed and I decided to cancel the order, because I was tired of communicating with the stupid technical support. I opened the case in PayPal. And a miracle happened. Order sent. So the week and my nerves were lost. Received an order. 6 out of 6 Blanchard goods were damaged! Scraps of metal on knives, curves pricking irons, rust, a curve of compasses, whose legs do not fit together in a level position and other. I'm angry. Only one thing from the entire paid product without marriage. It is very expensive, but everything, everything is f***g Blanchard goods with marriage! I hate this shop and I wish it to go broke.

All we did was recomended by Paypal, because there is a lot of fraud coming from Russia. Your ordered in one name and your had another name Abraham Guevara as well. We were in close contact with Paypal all the time and we are of cause sorry about that. We rarely have customers who pay with PayPal. All the items (as we wrote to in a mail) was packed by Vergez Blanchard, we never heard from you again. We are actually nice people and like our customers.

The website was a bit clunky, but otherwise this company provides the best of goods and services.
There is no disputing that many of the goods available here are the best that money can buy.
The items ordered were dispatched quickly, even though they first took the time to contact me to explain that I could get the same products at a lower price, if I amended the order. Delivery was on time, collectable at my choice of postbutik.
The items were packed well, and included extra information on how to get the best from the products.
Five stars well earned.
